In the words of the great Oliver Saks: …”my predominant feeling is one of gratitude. I have loved and been loved; I have been given much and I have given something in return…”. I find myself fortunate to have the honor of sharing my life with this little family. taken in Canton, Maine by @olive_the_griff

Has anyone seen my toy? Maybe the river monster took it. I’m a pointer but mom says I act like a laboratory reliever or something. @libbithecattledog @thelifeofkatiejo and @thriftshopgandalf #wpgoftheday #wpgofinstagram #wpg #birddogoftheday #goodestgirl #wirehairedpointinggriffonsofinstagram #wirehairdontcare #wiredhairedpointinggriffon #dogsofinstagram #adventuresofoliveandlibbi #pointersofinstagram #onpoint #jewishdog #jewishdogsofinstagram taken in Lamprey River, Newmarket, NH by @olive_the_griff

Our little family lost our dearest friend, best big sister and most loving heart. @quinntheweim crossed the rainbow bridge this afternoon peacefully leaving all her pain behind. We’re so proud of the life she lead and the long list of humans and doggos who loved her dearly. Quinn we are so glad you found your peace and your memory will forever be a blessing. by @olive_the_griff

Sweet little sister, you’ve been my unexpected joy, keeping me youthful and showing me bravery and the beauty in life’s small moments. Even when my legs couldn’t run, you stayed close so I could still play. Thank you for being our parents’ comfort, a living teddy bear they’ll need even more soon. I love you dearly. Please take care of Libbi; she still has much to learn from us bird dogs. #seniordog #seniordogsofinstagram #birddog #weimaraner #wirehairedpointinggriffon #sisters #adventuresofquinnandolive by @olive_the_griff

When I was just so very little you showed me your favorite place. I won’t forget that day and I won’t forget you. We may only have a few more days together but we’ll always have our first run across the waves together. I know you’d run with me now if you could but I know you’re tired. I’ll make sure the pawrents are safe, they need all the help they can get. by @olive_the_griff
