#PSA #repost from @tdn_rescue …. Couldn’t have said it better. To put this in perspective for all of you, this is one county control in Georgia. Think about how many counties there are in the US. The urgent list at this County control includes around 40 dogs for JUST this week 4 sweet, terrified moms and their innocent litters are included. That’s just one week of murdering at one facility. There are 67 counties in Fl. Do the math. Every single facility is over crowded and murdering MASS AMOUNTS of innocent lives. This is the dog holocaust that we have created. PLEASE STOP GOING TO BREEDERS. And PLEASE STEP UP TO HELP. This is an urgent cry for help. WE NEED FOSTERS. We need People who are committed to care for a pup until they find their forever home. And GET YOUR DOG FIXED!!!! Thanks and have a blessed day. Please DM us to foster. #adoptdontshop#tampa#sarasota#florida#floridadogs#stpetebeach#atlanta#dogsofinstagram by @olivebranchrescue
URGENT! We need Foster’s! Fostering saves lives and is one of the most rewarding things you can do. Nothing is better than looking into the eyes of a soul that you just saved. Fostering is easy. Love on the pup, be patient with them as they learn, help them heal if needed, bring them to our events and take them to their necessary vet appointments. That is it. We do try to work the vet appointments around your schedule as well. We pay for the vet appointment you just have to get them there. We also will provide a bag of food, bed and toys for the pup. We are no longer supplying crates but everything else is covered! If you are interested in fostering please DM us with any questions you may have! Share this with friends and family! • • • • #adoptdontshop#tampabay#stpetersburg#stpetersburgflorida#florida#tampa#fosteringsaveslives by @olivebranchrescue
‼️ Brie needs help again ‼️We are so sad to have to make this post once again, but sweet Brie needs a new foster home. And this poor girl has been through far too many changes for no fault of her own. She’s a Foster or home by Friday, November 6 or she will have to go into boarding again. Brie (yes, spelled just like the cheese because she’s part of our Cheese Litter!) is about 8 months old and weighs just 38 pounds. She’s the perfect smaller-medium-sized girl with the most spectacular ears. We’re pretty sure she can pick up satellite signals with those things! Bree can take a day or two to warm up in a new environment. At first, she’ll be a little quiet and shy, but once she feels comfortable, her playful personality starts to shine. She gets the occasional case of the zoomies and will happily invite you to join in on the fun! The best part? Brie is potty trained, crate trained, and overall a pretty easygoing, chill girl. She enjoys having her own space and would do best as the only dog in the home. She’s perfectly fine walking past other dogs, but she isn’t comfortable sharing her personal space with them. After everything she’s been through, we think this queen deserves to be the center of someone’s world! And cats? She absolutely loves them! Unfortunately, her current foster family is dealing with a family situation, and Brie needs another place to land. We desperately want to find her some stability. She deserves a home where she can finally settle in, feel safe, and know she’s not going anywhere. Can someone please open their home to Miss Brie? We would also love to find her a forever family so she can finally skip the foster homes and go straight to happily ever after! Message us if you can help or would like to meet her! #tampa#stpete#lakelandflorida#dunedinfl by @olivebranchrescue

🏈 Steelers fans, we have the pup for you! Or actually, ANYONE, we have the pup for you! 😂 Meet Miss Colette! This beautiful girl is STILL waiting for someone to make her part of their family, and we just don’t understand how she’s been overlooked! Colette is a smaller-sized girly, weighing around 40 pounds, and she’s quite the little fashionista. She’s the perfect combination of sweet, well-mannered, and easygoing. A little bit about Miss Colette: * Potty trained * Crate trained * Spayed and healthy * Walks AMAZINGLY on a leash * The perfect shotgun buddy for car rides and adventures * Does well with other dogs, especially calmer, lower-energy pups. Colette is a past mama, so she has earned the right to have a little patience for nonsense. 😂 She does well with other dogs but isn’t afraid to politely correct one if they’re being a little too annoying. She would love a home with a more laid-back canine companion. She will try to chase cats. Colette is also starting her heartworm treatment and doing wonderfully! She is going to make a full recovery, and Olive Branch Dog Rescue covers the cost of her treatment. Heartworm is not contagious to other dogs, and this sweet girl has a bright, healthy future ahead of her. Seriously, who wouldn’t want this adorable, seal-looking little fashionista riding shotgun? She’s truly such a sweetheart, and we cannot wait for her to find the family she’s been waiting for. Who wants to meet Miss Colette? #tampa#stpete#adoptdontshop❤️#dunedinfl#lakelandfl by @olivebranchrescue
🌊 Meet Alys! 🤍 One of our sweet girls from the Florida Beaches litter! 🐚 Alys is the sweetest, gentlest little girlie with the softest soul. She’s the kind of puppy who just wants to be scooped up, snuggled, and reminded how loved she is. She’ll thrive with a kind, patient family who appreciates her gentle nature and gives her the love and security she deserves. Her mama, Mama Juno, has the sweetest personality, too! She’s happy, bubbly, gentle, and full of love. Juno is a tiny little pittie, weighing only about 35 pounds, and we suspect Dad may have been a Lab. 🐾 Alys is blind in one eye, but that doesn’t stop her from being a happy, loving puppy! She’s healthy, will be getting spayed soon, and is learning all about the big, exciting world around her. 🌎 🐶 A little more about Alys: 🤍 Sweet, gentle, and incredibly snuggly 🤍 LOVES other dogs and seems to feel extra confident and comfortable around them! 🤍 Extremely eager to please and ready to learn with a family who will guide her with love and positive reinforcement. 🤍 Good with people, too! 🤍 At the perfect age to be picked up, loved on, and introduced to new experiences. 🤍 Looking for a loving family who will nurture her gentle soul and help her grow into the confident girl she’s meant to be. Alys has so much love to give. We just need to find the special family who will give her the world right back. Who wants to meet this precious girl? 🏡🐚 Message us to meet Alys and learn more about adoption! #tampa#stpete#floridadogs#sarasota_fl#adoptme by @olivebranchrescue
🚨 URGENT FOSTER or HOME NEEDED BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6! 🚨 Our hearts are breaking because Miss Brie needs a new foster home, once again, and this girl deserves some stability. 💔 Brie (yes, like the cheese!) was part of our cheese-named puppy crew, and she’s the ONLY one who still hasn’t found her forever home. All of her siblings have been adopted, and sweet Brie is still waiting for someone to choose her. Unfortunately, her current foster family is going through some personal struggles, and Brie needs a new place to land. This is absolutely NO fault of her own. Brie can take a day or two to warm up in a new environment. She’s an incredibly intelligent girl, and with all the moving around she’s experienced, it can be confusing for her. But once she’s comfortable, her personality really shines! Let’s talk about this girl’s personality: 🧀 We call her QUEEN BRIE because she needs to be the only dog in the home. She’s not particularly reactive to other dogs on walks, but in close quarters, she likes to establish that she’s the queen. 🐱 SHE LOVES CATS! She’s been around plenty of them and is very comfortable with feline friends. ❤️ She recently attended one of our events and did AMAZING meeting people! ❤️ She can sometimes be hesitant around men, but with a little patience and some yummy treats, she’ll warm right up. ❤️ Once comfortable, she LOVES to play, gets the cutest zoomies, and will actually bark at you when she wants you to play with her! ❤️ She’s potty trained, does great in her crate, and is overall a pretty easy girl. Brie doesn’t need a perfect home. She needs someone willing to give her a couple of days to decompress, show her some consistency, and let her know she’s finally somewhere she can stay. We are desperately hoping someone will step up for this girl by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6. We know there is someone out there who can give Queen Brie the safe, loving foster home she deserves. PLEASE, can you help us help Brie? If you can foster, please reach out to us. And if you can’t, sharing this post could be what gets her seen by the person who can. Let’s not let Brie down. She’s waited long enough. #tampa#stpete#wesleychapelfl#brandonfl by @olivebranchrescue
Meet Athena! Our longest resident, and somehow, this beautiful girl is STILL waiting for someone to choose her. ❤️ As you can see, Miss Athena is quite the fashionista! She loves dressing up in her stylish outfits, and we’re convinced she knows just how beautiful she is. Athena is an 8-year-old Bully girl with the sweetest personality. She’s a happy-go-lucky kind of girl who is perfectly content lounging around the house all day, but she’s also happy to join you for a short walk, a car ride, or even a dinner date. She really just wants to be your little sidekick! She’s potty trained, healthy, and does wonderfully with her foster sibling, who happens to be a puppy. She’s an easygoing girl who is always smiling and just happy to be included. Athena does have sensitive skin, but it’s easily managed with her daily medication and chicken-free food. That’s all this fashionable girl needs to keep looking and feeling her best! We cannot understand how someone hasn’t scooped her up yet. She has so much love to give, so much personality, and so many wonderful years ahead of her. She’s waited long enough. Let’s give this girl the beautiful life she deserves. Who would like to meet our Miss Athena? #tampa#stpete#sarasota_florida#stpetebeach#lakelandfl by @olivebranchrescue
Meet Miss Sanibel! 🌸🐾 This sweet girl is part of our Six Florida Beaches puppy crew, and she is every bit as precious as her siblings! At about 9 weeks old, Sanibel is an absolute angel. These puppies have the sweetest, gentlest personalities, and Sanibel is no exception. She’s a true little girly girl who is learning to be brave and discovering just how wonderful the world can be. She does wonderfully with her foster sister and would likely love a home with another friendly dog to help her feel comfortable and confident. She’s incredibly smart, eager to please, and has the sweetest, snuggliest personality. We believe these puppies are Lab mixes. Their mama is a pocket-sized Pitty with the BEST personality, weighing only about 35 pounds. We expect Sanibel to stay a manageable medium size, likely somewhere around 30–45 pounds full grown. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving little girl who will happily soak up all the snuggles, Miss Sanibel might just be your girl! Who would like to meet her? #tampa#stpete#dunedinflorida#tampadogs#sarasota_fl by @olivebranchrescue
🐾 Meet ARK 🤍 This sweet boy is about 28 pounds of pure love! He’s neutered, happy-go-lucky, and an absolute ANGEL. ✨ Walks great on a leash 🚗 Does amazing in the car 🐶 Absolutely LOVES other dogs 💙 Sweet, loving, and full of happiness We think this handsome boy will be around 45 pounds full-grown, making him the perfect medium-sized companion! He’s got the personality, the manners, and all the love in the world to give. Now, all he needs is a family to call his own. 🏡 Who wants to meet this sweet boy? Share to help Arkie find his forever home! #tampa#stpete#adoptme#dunedinflorida#sarasota by @olivebranchrescue
Meet Juno! 🤍 Juno came to Olive Branch Dog Rescue with her six precious puppies, and we knew she deserved a name as special as she is. Juno means mother and protector, making it the perfect name for this sweet girl who came to us with her little family. LOOK AT HER SMILE!! We think Juno is about a year and a half old, and she’s the perfect little size at around 30–35 pounds. She’s a quiet, gentle girl who is truly such a joy to have around. Her foster describes her as an easy companion who loves her naps, enjoys leisurely walks, and is wonderfully quiet. She’s not looking to be the center of attention every second. She’s just happy to be near you, enjoying the simple things in life. Juno is also a curious little soul! She likes to investigate the world around her, sometimes needing a minute to work up the courage to check out something new. She listens beautifully, knows simple commands, and is such a good girl. And can we talk about that ADORABLE little underbite?! It gives her the cutest expression and makes her even more lovable. Juno has been such a good mama, but now this sweet girl deserves a chance to be someone’s baby. She is freshly spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and ready to start the next chapter of her life. She does have a little scratch above her eye, but the vet said that will heal in no time. If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion who will enjoy peaceful walks, cozy naps, and simply being by your side, Juno might just be your girl. She spent her time protecting her babies. Now, it’s time for someone to protect her heart. 🤍 #tampa#stpete#sarasotafl#dunedinfl#tampadogs by @olivebranchrescue
Meet Miss Rosemary 🩷 This little girl is part of our Florida Beaches litter, and we think she is absolutely PERFECT! We believe these puppies are Lab mixes, and we have their mama, who happens to be the sweetest little mini pittie. It’s safe to say this family is full of love! Miss Rosemary and her siblings are incredibly smart, gentle, and well-behaved. At just around 9–10 weeks old, Rosemary is already showing what a little angel she is. She’s quiet, sleeps through the night, and is so well-mannered for such a young puppy. She is healthy and will be getting spayed soon. Now, all she needs is a family to love her forever! Who’s ready to add a little Rosemary to their life? Message us to meet this sweet girl! #tampa#stpete#floridadog#sarasota#tampadogs by @olivebranchrescue
