BUZZING! 🍓 So excited to announce that @whitesbeaconsfield is now available to purchase in 300+ @bootsuk stores across the UK & Ireland! 🇬🇧🇮🇪 This is a moment we’ve visualised since starting the brand back in 2019. What began in our bedroom with one single product and a big vision has now become a brand stocked by the UK’s most prestigious health and beauty retailer. To walk into Boots and see Whites on the shelves is honestly surreal. We’re incredibly proud that Boots has recognised Whites as a brand that prides itself on selling high quality products that genuinely work. Everything we’ve done from day one has been focused on creating products that deliver real results, so to have that recognised by a retailer of this calibre means the world. This is a huge milestone for the business and the start of an exciting new chapter. We’ve always believed Whites could become a major player in the oral care category and this feels like a significant step towards that goal. A massive thank you to every customer, creator, team member, supplier, friend and family member who has supported us over the years. None of this happens without you. Our core Whites range is now available in selected Boots stores, with our full product range available online at Boots.com. Still pinching ourselves. From our bedroom in 2019 to 300+ Boots stores across the UK & Ireland. What a journey. ❤️ taken in Oxford Street by @oliverbrittan

The plan for the next 4 weeks… straight up war, 4 more weeks in fat loss mode then it’s time to sit down with coach @tmcycles, assess our progress and start having a think about the next 12 months. The generational dial in continues. I am going to share an in depth breakdown of my transformation to date at some stage, not for my own vanity but to hopefully inspire others who may be looking to do the same. It’s more than just going to the gym, it’s breaking habits, making sacrifices, putting yourself first, keeping the circle small, surrounding yourself with people on the same frequency only and taking it day by day. I’m from perfect, but 1% better everyday and forever grateful. Let the final 4 weeks of the cut commence 🥷⛏️ by @oliverbrittan

consistency, Another week dialled in. Did you know… > Success is mostly… discipline, showing up for yourself, doing the boring stuff, training hard, working harder, staying focused, saying no to distractions, repeating it all again, And occasionally… posting a 13-slide Instagram carousel to prove it 📍 by @oliverbrittan
