Pulled together a groove this afternoon. All the machines firing away, my little electric ensemble.

Sat with one of my favourite producers last week mr @jaytripwire who caused me to completely rethink my workflow. In essence: if you enjoy the process of making music others will enjoy listening to it.. this has led me to get into a real Hardware phase - getting off the laptop, playing things live and building grooves with my hands. Connecting things that ought not to be connected and just getting curious about the possibilities 👽👽👽 might need to apply for sponsorship by @weareelektron soon!! by @oliverhenry__

Been drawing inspiration from all sorts of places lately, including this beautiful clip of @daphnegale singing. Added a synth palette around her vocal and really loved how it came together 🎨😮‍💨

Been seeing these really nice still shots appearing on my feed for ages and have been wanting to try some of my own. Here’s my first attempt at colour grading and clipping a few from me and Issy’s trip to her motherland last weekend. taken in Wanaka, New Zealand by @oliverhenry__

Away for the week walking the dogs and cooking for my darling 94 year old grandma 🤍 Such a privilege. The colours are beautiful out here and life feels simple.

Vibe perfectly matches a new tune I have out today. It’s a journey. More restrictive than many of my productions and that was the whole point; just trying to keep it simple and not go overboard with 150 tracks, too many sounds and all sorts of random shit that I’m often guilty of doing 🧑🏻‍🦰

I am truly, genuinely very proud of this music! Out now on @galleryrecs taken in Grimaud, Var by @oliverhenry__

Hey guys,

Haven’t been on social media much over the last year or so. Took some time to recalibrate.

For a while, I honestly got lost. As my audience grew and managers, booking agents and all sorts of others started coming into the picture, my focus just drifted further and further away from the one thing that I ever really wanted to get involved with in the first place: the music itself.

I’ve decided what I want is a healthy & lasting relationship with music - one that allows me to improve continuously while releasing work and maintaining a deep respect for the craft. I’m simply doing this because I love it.

New music out next week.

OH

P.s thanks to @galleryrecs for bringing me out of retirement taken in Tbilisi, Georgia by @oliverhenry__
