hello friends! It’s been a stinking hot minute!! Officially back online :)

2024 brought buckets full of darkness & difficulties. I am grateful for the light, love and pure joy that has sparkled through! To my home, roots & souls in Cyprus, I’m grateful. My London nest & family, I’m grateful (London appreciation post pending woo!)

To be here, to push, grow and continue to expand, to learn, be inspired and witness deep joy & genuine love in so many spaces & communities is a privilege.

Happy birthday to king fluff!!!💓

You have taught me so much around respect, generosity and unconditional love. The most repeated phrase I’ve heard is “how lucky you are to have lakis as your dad”. We are so lucky. You have given Katie and I both such strength and support, no matter how far we are, always. We are forever blessed to have you. And forever blessed that you have the same weird humor as us. LolA. One year ago today was opening night for our show ‘Mum, Mummy, Mother’ and my goodness does it deserve a moment of indulgence<3

The first words that come to mind is thank you.

Thank you to everyone who came and supported. We sold out - all because of love. There was so so so much love in that space each night we performed. Thank you for your love and support.

Thank you to the incredible incredible INCREDIBLE cast of women that built our beautiful ensemble. The level of power, passion and dedication to each other and the stories being told was inspiring. Thank you for your energy and commitment.

Thank you to the brave and beautiful women who shared their stories with us. Thank you for trusting us and being so vulnerable. Such strength. Your stories have gone on to spark conversations, to inspire and to connect. Thank you for your faith and openness.

This show was beautiful and will forever be one of the greatest and proudest moments in my life. Thank you ladies x

Such an incredibly fun & silly shoot. Having a groove and a sing song with two GORGEOUS GORGEOUS ladies. Moments like these really do make me feel so full of gratitude. Grateful to be growing as a creative. Grateful to be in these spaces and projects. Grateful to be meeting such inspiring & talented people. As ifffff! Ahh<33 younger self would be screaming.

Tonight is the night!!🧡

“Mum, Mummy, Mother” will be coming to Camden People’s Theatre tonight and tomorrow night at 9pm.

It has been such a ridiculously beautiful beauuutiful blessing to have worked with such talented and passionate women. The dedication and love that has gone into this project from every single company member has made my heart want to explode. Thank you x

Been thinking a lot about self expression. Not just listening to your inner thoughts & feelings but respecting & acting on them.

Speaking your truth and allowing yourself the freedom to be authentic in your own way are things that I understood but never really felt capable of doing so a lot of the time.

It’s easier to just be what people want you to be or seek what people want you to seek.

But since a wise woman - who I adore ever so much, explained what a disservice you are doing to yourself when you’re not expressing, I’ve been thinking about it a lot. By not expressing your true feelings, in any capacity, you are lying to others and most importantly yourself. You are deceiving. Therefore, any opportunity, experience, relationship you manifest into your life will deceive you because that’s what you’re attracting. How are you meant to manifest love into your life when the love you give yourself isn’t real. You’re not listening.

Even if the law of attraction isn’t all that, the lesson and the thought is still the same. You owe it to yourself to feel, to take in, to let go, to explore. To express your truth.
