Beyond honored and so grateful, this moment means more to me than I can put into words. Receiving the last “Heart of an Allstar” award has shown me something, I am doing what I was put on this earth to do…SPREAD JOY! If you know me, I am always full of so much joy and positivity, and making other people smile is truly my favorite thing in the world. Cheer is everything to me. It’s where I found myself through both the hard and the happy moments, and it only made me love it more. Being able to spread joy through this sport means so much to me. This team changed my life. The sweetest girls, the most supportive coaches, and a love that turned into family. I’ve gained little sisters, big sisters, and a place I truly belong. This gym is my home, it’s where I feel safe, understood, and always find my smile again. And Coach Tara… I don’t even have the words. You didn’t just coach me, you changed me, you’ve raised me, and you saw something in me before I ever saw it in myself. You believed in me on the days I felt invisible, you pushed me when I wanted to give up, and you reminded me who I was when I forgot. You taught me that spreading joy and leading with heart is what truly matters, and that’s something I will carry with me forever. This award holds so much more than people will ever see. It holds every 6 am meet time, every late night, every tear I tried to hide, every moment I didn’t think I was enough, every “OH YEAH LETS GO!” , every time David said “breathe!”, and every hug my team gave me. It holds every person who stood by me, every lesson that shaped me, and every piece of my heart that I left on that mat. God is so good!! 😇 Getting to witness something so meaningful with the people I love most was everything. Yesterday was such a beautiful reminder of what truly matters. Seeing your hearts, your faith, and your willingness to grow in your faith is so special. Watching you take this step and seeing how genuine and strong your love for God is made it even more meaningful. I am so lucky to surround myself with loving friends like y’all! Hi everyone! Something’s been on my heart for a while, and after today I finally feel ready to share it. If you ever see me, 99% of the time I’m smiling. But recently, life hasn’t been anywhere close to perfect.

Today my classmates and I went on a retreat. I walked in thinking it would be just another retreat and that I wouldn’t get much out of it… but I was so wrong.
Listening to the talks made me realize something important, it’s not just me struggling. Every talk was amazing, but @ava.stoddard ‘s really spoke to me. I’ve been struggling with friendships lately, and it truly felt like God was speaking to me through her words.
Later we went to adoration, and I was sitting next to Charlotte. We’ve always been friends, but this year we’ve gotten so much closer. As we prayed to the music, we both immediately felt God’s presence. It was such a powerful moment, like we were broken and God was helping put us back together.
Before going back inside, Charlotte and I hugged and talked about how grateful we were for our friendship and for what we had just experienced with Jesus.
During our group talk, @elizabethh.meyerss and @hope_mcloughlin asked if anyone wanted to share about their experience today. Charlotte and I decided to go up and share our experience to everyone. We both got really emotional, and when I looked up, I realized everyone else was emotional too.
So if you take anything from this: cast your net with Jesus!! And remember, YOUR NEVER ALONE!!✝️🩵😇💐🦋😊
