I’ve said many goodbye’s in my life but this was the hardest goodbye I’ve ever had to face. My dad was the light and joy to everyone’s day. I just remember everytime we go out, I’d always hear a “hey Bryan” then it’s oh no here we go we’re gonna be here for a while. But that just meant he was loved by so many. Everyday people ask me “how’s your dad doing.” I loved my dad so very much, leaving that room that day was the hardest but I knew that it wasn’t a goodbye it was a see you later. I’m so thankful to have him as my dad and coach by my side. I will forever miss the laughs we’ve had together. All the car rides home after games whether it was good or bad he would never be mad at me he was always proud of me. Knowing that I will step on that field again sometime and he won’t be there to coach will be the hardest thing but I know he is still there watching every second because he NEVER missed a game. How happy he was after I hit my first home run or after we won our first championship in Colorado. I will never forget the tightest hug he gave me after that. He loved watching me play the game I love most alone with my brother and sister. My dad was such and amazing person. I love him and miss him every day. Thankful for all the selfies he loved to take. Thank you dad for everything. I love you BK❤️
