Landed in Lisbon and then Jake carries everything we owned at the time up 5 flights of very steep European steps. 🧳🫶

✨ Valencia Part 2 ✨
(September/October 2025)

Jake and I did a paella cooking class and I practiced being a vlogger and made a TikTok about it that explained my ADHD.

This was next to our house so we passed it on lots of walks. It’s called the Torres de Serranos and was one of the gateways to the medieval Valencia. 🏰

Flamenco because you have to. Crazy talent and just another niche that I had little to no knowledge of before coming here and experiencing it myself.

Seen at our regular cafe!!! ☕️ Side note: the cafe owners and employees always became our best friends in the cities and the only time we actually said goodbye to them was when we were in Sicily. Like do they wonder where we went???

We went here like 4 times I can’t believe how good it was for what is cost.

Valencia Part 1 ✨

(September + October 2025)

Still dreaming of manchego y jamón

We stayed in the city center for ~a month and got to walk through these streets every day. 🥹

I think Jake and I drank wine every day, lunch included, and we never felt hungover.

Our first week we walked all the way from our Airbnb through the Jardí del Túria until we reached the aquarium. (V LONG WALK!!)

But it was worth it

because we got to see dolphins dance.

🤤 I miss jamón

We came here every day to get our groceries and I got to practice my Spanish with all the shop owners, who were VERY PATIENT with me.

Things we did and ate in Copenhagen ->

✨September 2025✨

Look how much fun @jakebaker12 is having!!!!

The food quality was top notch, but you definitely paid for it. Copenhagen was more expensive than London!

However it’s much safer and more livable. ✨

The weather was showing off when we were there, everyone kept telling us how lucky we were.

These little toasties are everywhere and there was a lot of variety. All very fresh and yum!!

You hear Copenhagen is the happiest place on earth, and it definitely felt that way. People are generally happy with a simple lifestyle and take advantage of the little pleasures in life like flowers and a bike ride in the sunshine. ☀️

Had the sweetest time visiting @_ronniewalker and @emiliaalmkvist in Alingsas, Sweden. 🤍 (September 2025)

After hopping around so much and living in air bnb’s for so long, it was so nice to have a home cooked meal, a nice walk in nature, and some good company with such amazing friends. ✨🫶 taken in Alingsås, Sweden by @oliviaflysakight

Stockholm pt. 1 🤍

✨Jake kept saying we were in the future because their society is so civilized and efficient
✨We spent like 3 hours in the Nobel prize museum because it was so interesting which is impressive given how jet lagged we were
✨was embarrassed because the museum had a whole documentary about food desserts and how America is a 3rd world country
✨top-notch food
✨bikes bikes bikes
✨everything is so expensive especially with AUD but I get why
✨I remember feeling SO relieved that we were in a walkable city again after 6 weeks in the states
✨skin and body were an absolute mess from so much flying/American food/less exercise than normal
✨went to a Viking village and saw an ancient burial ground + learned about how the Vikings lived back in the day (grim)
✨GOATS

She’s getting hitched in the NICK of time ⏰ (lol)

Highlights from @allday.averyday’s Bach in Savannah:

⏰Sharing our one piece of gossip that we had to bring to the group (stole this for mine in Lisbon, such a hit)
⏰Yoga on the beach followed by some SICK bevvies
⏰Pedal party where Avery kept holding us up to talk to strangers and pet dogs
⏰Doing polls from @wemetatacme and having spicy group discussions
⏰Fragrance making class (still wearing mine frequently)
⏰Morning walk around the town and checking out local art
⏰VERY informative and detailed GHOST STORIES PUB CRAWL (the whole city is haunted, lots of murders)

A grid post wasn’t enough for this very special weekend 🥲

Had the most wholesome bachelorette weekend planned by my best friends where we did all of the things I love. How good is the Northeast??

Highlights:

🤍 staying off the grid on a magical solar powered beach island
🤍 talking about writing a mystery novel set there and thinking of the characters
🤍 forcing everyone into a YouTube workout
🤍 going to a winery and getting treated to our visit there by my mom’s bunko group
🤍 Watching the Martha Stewart Doc and discussing whether or not we think she’s a psycho or a genius
🤍 many many beach side coffee chats
🤍 @juliambarksdale’s breakfasts
🤍 strutting around the grocery store
🤍 going to sleep before 11pm every night l o l
🤍 riding on a mimosa sailboat
🤍 looking at historical figures’ famous mansions (waved to Jackie Kennedy’s house)
🤍 Newport Food tour
🤍 beach walks while we searched for shells
