my forever angel girl,

Having to say goodbye to you wasn’t something that was ever supposed to really happen, right? You took us on a roller coaster of will she, won’t she from the get go - you were truly the dog with 9 lives.

It’s almost been a week and I still catch myself thinking I hear your one of one bark or your nails tip tapping on the hardwood floors. When I realize I get sad, but then I think of you with Neddy and Nelson, hopefully running around like a spry young pup again- tell them hi for me!

You’ve been with me through it all, literally, you gave us 14 years and I cannot be anything but grateful. Thank you for being the ball of unconditional love and support we never knew we needed. It has been and will continue to be difficult to reshape my days around your absence, but in all reality I hope you’re still right by my side.

Cheers to the best dog in the whole wide world,

I will love you for the rest of my days♥️ by @oliviaherlocker

Getting to celebrate my birthday at home this year was such a treat! The past 3 years my birthday has fallen during recruitment at K-State, and as much as I love mhk, I was so excited to get to celebrate with my roots. We took time in “nature” (my backyard), without phones, shared important life updates, laughed, cried, and remembered how truly special it is to have friends like mine! This birthday is one for the books - thank you for all the birthday wishes and for making this day so memorable ✨🤍 by @oliviaherlocker
