I left my job in London for moments like this.

A few years ago, I left a comfortable 6am to 7pm job in the City to ultimately build my own business, but more importantly, to be around for moments like this.

Working in London gave me so much and taught me pretty much everything I know about business and work ethic. But when I became a dad, I realised I was missing so much of my daughter growing up.

The City will always be there. If I wanted to go back in five or ten years, I can.

My kids being this age only happens once.

I might be getting a bit soppy in my old age, but seeing Florence spot me in the crowd, seeing that smile on her face and watching this video back afterwards, that’s what it’s all about. by @olliecruikshank
