Beginning of this year.. or end of last, I forget.. we filmed some live sessions with @dailyguitardraw 👌
This was after a uk run of shows and 3 of us had colds.. so here’s the final instalment - intro (dawn) & solace.

A few days in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
Zeist - Delft - Amsterdam - Utrecht

I never used to go “away” as such, didn’t like to spend the money, didn’t like the stress of it… but since heading away a few times now it’s become a slight craving.. Devon is my home and I love it.. but there’s something about visiting other places that inspires creativity in me. (Still dislike the city though.. public transport is the worst thing)

We’re announcing some uk shows and another eu tour for the new year.. keep an eye out taken in Netherlands by @olliedixon

The bois and I have some trio shows on the horizon 👀

First up, will be Cornwall @theladder_rr with @get_folkd_promotions and @callum_kenworthy_music (fingers crossed)

To be totally transparent and honest, which is not something people do on here.. we’re really low on ticket sales.. now that’s a first for us and we may have to postpone this show for later on! It’s no one’s fault at all I think times are just tough and it’s across the board!
I know many artists how are currently touring and having to cancel large shows because ticket numbers have fallen.. it’s a shame but we all understand as it’s a pricey thing to do!
Super grateful for everyone so far who has picked up tickets - but a little heads up we may have to postpone✌️ taken in Cornwall, United Kingdom by @olliedixon

Well, that’s another year playing our favourite festival @betweenthetreesfestival 👌 safe to say this was@one of our favourites this year.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone involved in creating, organising and putting on such a great event. This is the only festival we’ve played that has been stress free, with amazing top-quality sound, on schedule and has the nicest crew. We’re so grateful to have been able to play and be apart of this. Thanks for having us 🙏

Another shoutout and massive thanks to @alexrainbirdmusic and @beth_rainbird for the lovely introduction and kind words before our set ✌️ they have been pivotal in supporting our music over the last few years and I’m forever grateful and honoured to be apart of their music community 🖤 cheers guys!

Shoutout to @blino.artist (Tobias) for the amazing hospitality as always. It’s always a pleasure when our paths cross, same again soon 👀

And a big thanks to everyone who braved the rain and joined us for our set! It was a vibe indeed. 🌅

Had a blast the other night down at @_lineuplab for their opening event ✌️ shoutout to Will, Ella and Bear for their success.

We haven’t played an “in-store” event for a little while so it was nice to be a part of something like this especially alongside my good friend @taylor_latham before he jumped ship to play another show. 👌

Up next for us, is @betweenthetreesfestival on Sunday which we are incredibly stoked for ! And to finally cross paths with @alexrainbirdmusic (and Beth).

Gathering inspiration for new music.. I’m leaning more into “light & dark” with songwriting.
Over the years I’ve set the tone with our genre, the darker folk (depressing, as Lee calls it) but these new songs of ours have a little more “light” to them. Hard to explain, you’ll just have to wait and see.

Photography is teaching me a lot about light and dark, the contrast between the two and how you need both to create something beautiful. So, here’s as few shots from the north Devon coastline 🌅

Spent some time in van residing in North Devon recently, songwriting.. walking.. taking photos all fuelled by @surfacecoffeeroasters 👌

I’ve started to relax a bit more from the pressure of writing and releasing music. Writers block has hit me once again, the music is there but the lyrics aren’t. So, im planning on hitting the road a little more often and staying in the van when I can, in hopes that it inspires some lyrical content.. yet to happen.

But the shows are coming in, the studio is about to be booked, vinyls are being made and music is happening, publishing deals have been signed and things are looking good! so for that I’m very grateful✌️ taken in North Devon by @olliedixon

Upcoming shows ✌️

We’re back at it soon, heading on the road for some more shows. From Cornwall to wales and beyond (a little) until it’s time for Europe again.. more on that later 👀
We have our new rebirth merch, vinyls are in production and new music is being written and planned for recording / releasing..

But for now:

22nd August - An in-store show in in North Devon - TBA

@betweenthetreesfestival with @alexrainbirdmusic on the 30th August - Wales

Then down across the Tamar for @get_folkd_promotions in Redruth on the 5th September

6-10th back in the Netherlands scouting some venues for 2027

September 30th - cobblestones / Bridgwater for a new acoustic night.

Fast forward to November for @arcwinch in Winchester ✌️

Stoked to announce that I’ve signed to @wipeoutmusic for distribution and publishing 🤝

Just wanted to give a massive thanks to the whole Wipe Out team, they’ve been a godsend recently and have gone above and beyond to help us 🙏 so cheers guys.

This is also the first publishing agreement that I’ve signed for our music, which in itself is a big milestone for me personally. Very excited to see where that takes us working with the Wipe Out crew👌

Our new ‘rebirth tees’ are available now on Bandcamp & More shows/tour to announce soon, vinyls are being sorted and we’re working on new music.. things are in motion 👀 by @olliedixon
