POSTS STORIES REELS

I've been in SEO for a while now. My name is Olorunwa Bright, an undergraduate, and I'm into SEO. I go for a run 3-4 times a week, and I've been working on real SEO projects, SEO Content Management, Technical SEO, Link Building Content & Performance Tracking, and learning how SEO works in practice, not just in theory, but to help websites rank better on Google. The real work, real clients, real lessons, and I've been learning a lot. probably more than I expected.
Every week on this page, you'll get:
— SEO explained simply so anyone can understand it
— Lessons from work I'm doing
— and honest updates from someone building a skill and a career.
I'm not an expert with 10 years of experience, but I'm someone in the middle, figuring it out and bringing you along as I do.
The running is part of it, too. Discipline on the road carries over to everything else.
If any of this sounds like something you want to follow, you're welcome. Glad you're here.
Drop a 👋 in the comments so I'll know you saw this. And tell me, what do you want to learn about SEO first?

Completed my first official half marathon (22KM run) @m00veexperience with @emmyleun and @astrajim at the island, running with over 500 fellow runners!
Initially, I felt anxious, but as we started, i started fast but with time I couldn’t catch up with the big runners.
i ran at different paces and walks kept me going. It wasn’t easy, especially with the hot sun and sandy roads, but the determination to finish kept us pushing 💯💪

Crossing the finish line was challenging but we keep going! The challenge was real, but so was the fun to run my first 22KM 😉

No perfect pace, just a Tuesday morning with the squad 😁

Running doesn’t get easier. You get better.

The same 5km that broke you on your first run is the same 5km today. The road didn’t change. The hills didn’t shrink. The distance didn’t move.

You did.

So stop waiting for running to feel easy. It won’t. What happens is you get stronger, smarter, more patient, and suddenly hard things feel normal.

That’s not easy. That’s growth.

First time ever planking and I lasted 2 minutes 13 seconds. 😅
While a 61-year-old grandmother just broke the world record for planking 5 hours straight 🤔 I lasted 2 minutes and felt my soul leave my body. 😩

How long do you think I could hold? 👀

No perfect run. No perfect pace.
Just me, the road, and 1% better than yesterday

FORWARD!

#keepgoing #forward #letgo by @olorunwa_bright

We didn’t just climb the rock. We walked through history. 😁

Long ago, the Egba people ran from wars and raids and found safety here.

They made their home beneath the rock, and that’s where Abeokuta got it name “Abe Okuta”, meaning “Under The Rock.”

We went down into the places where they once lived and saw the medicinal water that is said to have never stopped dripping till today. Standing there, you’ll feel how much they went through to survive.

Then we climbed all the way to the top, and the view of Abeokuta made every step worth it.

From shelter below to the view above, this place tells a whole story of history, survival and pride ✨

Big respect to @abeokutaroadrace 🙌🙌

Elevation tested us heavy 😩 but the route, organization and water checkpoints were spot on 👏👏

Pure energy out there 😎
