HAWAIʻI SMALL BUSINESSES… how are we handling the new USPS shipping situation? 📦🌊

Running a small business from the middle of the Pacific just got a lot more challenging. As of October 1, USPS has changed its delivery expectations for packages traveling between Hawai'i and the mainland.

Ground Advantage shipments now travel primarily by ocean, with much longer delivery times. Even our little lightweight packages are affected.

We’re already navigating the high costs of doing business on an island, and now we’re figuring out how to keep shipping affordable without leaving customers waiting weeks for their orders.

Here at OLOVE®, we’re keeping Ground shipping while adding Priority Mail for those who need their island goodies a little sooner.

To our mainland customers, every order means so much. Mahalo for sticking with us as we navigate changes beyond our control!

Feeling extra grateful for the warm sunshine today ☀️

After watching our island communities take hurricane hit after hit this season, I’m always amazed by the way people here come together, check on each other, and keep going.

And to everyone supporting Hawai'i small businesses from the mainland, we feel your aloha, too. 🌸

Hope you’re doing ok today 🫶🏽 by @oloveskin
