The Builder’s Room, Ibadan was too good!!
We can’t even fully describe what we had 🔥

You see this woman called @ronkegiwa1 I’ll come back to do a special post for her but she’s solid and she blessed us so well.

Mummy Olajumoke Ojo Esq is very special to me, the level of wisdom she dished out was super high, we were so privileged to have her in the room

The most beautiful about TBR is that it’s literally a board room where we have conversations so your greatest lesson can come from the person sitting next to you

Our host & Mc ensures we had so much fun while learning

This smile from gift alone is a feedback for me

We also had an expert on sales and customer service, Alani dished out a lot.

The Builder’s Room Lagos Edition was a huge success! Glad to be able to create the kind of rooms i want to be in, we had intense conversations, some said it was an audit room for them…. A group of young high flyers rubbing minds together and challenging ourselves for growth.

“Na who wear shoe know where e dey pain.”

You’ve probably heard that saying before.
And it’s true. Nobody really understands the pain of a particular shoe like the person wearing it.
But then I started thinking about athletes and runners.
These guys sometimes wear shoes that are tight, uncomfortable, or designed specifically to give them better grip and control.

Why?
Because they’re trying to move faster.
And I think there’s a lesson in that.
Sometimes, the pain you’re experiencing can actually become a speed advantage, if you learn how to use it.

You have two choices when you go through difficult situations.
You can get angry enough to say,
“I never want to find myself in this situation again.”
And that pain becomes your motivation.

Or…
You can say, “I’ve been through this. I know how painful it is. Let me make sure the next person doesn’t have to go through the same thing.”
And that pain becomes wisdom.

So don’t just ask, “Why am I going through this?”

Ask yourself:
“What can this pain produce in me?”
Maybe your pain is not there to stop you.
Maybe it’s there to give you the speed, wisdom, empathy, or experience you need to move differently.

Turn your pain into your advantage.
Because sometimes, the very thing that hurt you can become the thing that helps you move faster. by @oluninyo_
