POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I woke up today with a heart full of praise to God, the keeper of my soul. No matter how much I thank The Lord, it will never be enough. I know who I was, where I’ve come from, why I shouldn’t have been chosen, yet here I am living in the fulfilment of promises that God made to me in the quiet, on days I thought my heart would break with grief. Truly, weeping may endure for a night but joy DOES come in the morning.

My life is proof.

A dear friend would frequently say, “God doesn’t have to be faithful, He chooses to be. If He decides not to be good, to whom can we report Him? Let it sink in that He never HAS to. He CHOOSES to.

So Lord, I am grateful for my portion, for another trip round the sun, for the joys I’ve been privileged to experience earth-side, for increase and growth. It’s a new year, I’m ready for more.🤲🏾

Happy World Mental Health Day! ❤️🧠

Beyond “I’m fine,” how are you REALLY doing?

Remember to take care of yourself, give yourself room to feel, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

You don’t always have to be strong. You deserve care, too. ❤️ by @oluwadao
