A special moment in the Olympus Guitars workshop last Saturday.

Standing next to @peter_northcote one of Australia’s most experienced and respected guitarists reminded me why I love this craft so much.
But I feel genuinely proud that we met in person.
Proud of the connection, the respect, and the shared passion for music and craftsmanship.
Moments like this don’t happen every day.

And when they do, they stay with you.

Stay tuned Rockers 😉 😎 taken in Olympus Guitars by @olympusguitars

GOAT Signature Series — Progress Update

Yesterday we moved into one of the most exciting stages of the build.

Routing, shaping, carving the GOAT body is finally starting to reveal its identity.Clean cavities, tight lines, smooth contours and a walnut top that’s beginning to show its character.
Every curve, every pass of the rasp, every bit of sawdust on the bench is part of the story behind this instrument.
The GOAT is taking shape.
And it’s moving forward strong.

More updates coming soon.

Huge milestone today.
The first order from my friend @bill_sabaton in Greece for my original, fully custom-designed model is officially locked in.
This isn’t just a build it’s my own concept, my own lines, my own design language coming to life.
This @jimmyrokko signature model
hand‑crafted from the ground up, exactly as I envisioned it for the Jimmy’s hands.
This is where my signature work begins.

Welcome to OlympusGuitars Australia family Billy 🙏
More soon. taken in Olympus Guitars by @olympusguitars

My son may your life be filled with strength, curiosity, and a clear heart.
May you always find your own path, just as a craftsman finds the hidden sound within the wood.
Stay true to who you are ,a light to those who love you.

Another powerful performance from Eric Gales and his band in Romania blues festival and once again, the Olympus “Mountain Caster” takes its place under the lights of the stage.
This instrument was built for moments exactly like this.

Massive thanks to Johnny from @olympusguitars for taking me on a tour of your workshop during the school holidays.

Such a privilege to learn about everything that goes into handcrafting your special guitars. From each unique piece of wood and the delicate inlays to the carefully selected hardware imported from Greece, you can tell your guitars are made with passion and love, Bravo!
