@omai.restaurant just introduced their new crispy rice sushi pizzas, and we had to try them! 🍣🍚

we went for the Korean Beef and Miso Salmon, both bringing bold, savoury flavours with a Korean-inspired twist. the real star? that golden, crispy rice base that adds the perfect crunch to every bite, paired with flavourful toppings that make these so satisfying.

whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, need a bite between plans, or want something easy to enjoy on the go, these sushi pizzas are such a fun twist on your usual sushi order. ✨

Hokkaido Uni & Miso Salmon on a crispy rice crust 🤯

@Omai.Restaurant just leveled up the Toronto sushi pizza game!

They offer both Korean crispy rice 🇰🇷 + Japanese crispy rice 🇯🇵 options, and certified chefs Anne and Igor take absolutely zero shortcuts:
✨ Whole fish broken down in-house
✨ House-made sauces & scratch-made pickles
✨ Made-to-order crispy seasoned sushi rice crust

🥡 PRO TIP: Their custom takeout box has an engineered air hole to keep the crust crunchy, and a slide-and-rotate tray designed perfectly for eating on-the-go!

If you want premium, upscale flavors with an incredible crunch, add this to your list.

STOP EVERYTHING. I just found Toronto‘s ultimate Crispy Rice Pizza at @omai.restaurant and I am obsessed! 🤯🍕🍣

Every single piece is made-to-order for peak freshness, and honestly? Watching them craft it live is such a vibe. So satisfying to watch! Here is what I got:

✨ Hokkaido Uni Crispy Rice — My absolute favourite! 👑 Fresh Japanese Uni, chopped Bluefin Tuna, and Caviar over the crunchiest rice base. It literally melts in your mouth—pure perfection 🌊✨

🥩 Korean BBQ Beef Crispy Rice — Slow-smoked hickory beef brisket with in-house tangy Korean coleslaw. Smoky, savory, and super crispy! 🔥

Fun fact: They’ve been around for 10+ years, making all sauces, pickles, and breaking down whole fish completely in-house! No shortcuts, just pure love for food.

Sushi that pops out with a tube of soy sauce is just a lot of fun to eat.

Everything here was so fresh and the team here is so talented and friendly

The bbq beef was great but I’m still thinking about that fatty tuna, so give them a shot if you need high quality and fast sushi.
