EMPTY HOUSE screams the greys of PTSD, family, and a love story shadowed by pain. 💔

It is a sad love story. One that dares to look beyond the surface of family, into the emotional wreckage that trauma can leave behind.

As storytellers, we have a responsibility beyond entertainment. We can challenge perspectives, nurture empathy, inspire healing, and influence the kind of culture we leave behind.

And that is why stories matter. That is why EMPTY HOUSE matters.

🎬 EMPTY HOUSE has been selected to screen at the All Africans Indie Film Festival (AAIFF)! @allafricansindiefilmfestival

This is more than a selection. It is an opportunity for this story to travel, to connect, to provoke thought, and hopefully, to touch a place in someone’s heart that needs to be reached.

EMPTY HOUSE IS GOING TO FESTIVAL… 🎬🔥

God did. We are beyond excited to announce that EMPTY HOUSE has been officially selected for the 2026 All Africans Indie Film Festival (AAIFF) - Best Short Film…. and 🤫🤫🤫🤫

EMPTY HOUSE tells the story of Femi, Biola & Lara. What happens when love is still in the house, but presence is not? A powerful story about marriage, emotional neglect, and the quiet reality of postpartum depression.

When AAIFF called it a “deeply moving exploration”, we felt seen.

This was a house built by an amazing team:
