I loved my make-up, I loved my scarf, even though you didn’t have to help me with it but you did. My make-up was flawless and stayed in place all day. Last week, we went to send a beautiful, vibrant, kind-hearted woman to be with the Almighty. This woman was the mother of my favourite girl.

Many of us turned up, not simply because we were friends with her children or friends with the family but because we knew her, she knew us.

Her home was home for some of us, she dished out hugs and had the biggest smile whenever we came over. I can only imagine her resting in peace. In light of that, I pray her soul rests peacefully in the bosom of the Almighty God🕊️ by @omavy

It’s my birthday today💃🏽🎂🍾

I want to thank my God for giving me a great beautiful life, a solid mind, a well body that supports me sufficiently and the love of people that matter so so much to me.

There’s so much to look forward to and so so much to be grateful for.

Happy Birthday to me and cheers to the different versions of me that allows me to tap into them in pinches and heaps per time. Cheers to the person I was yesterday, that birthed the person I am today and the person I will be tomorrow and so soon thereafter 🥂

Yesterday, I learnt a Yoruba adage. Loosely translated to English it is;
