For director Nandini Reddy's "Maa Inti Bangaram," cinematographer Om Prakash ISC captures the action-drama family thriller with ALEXA LF and ALEXA Mini LF.

"Every film demands its own visual language. For this film, the camera couldn't be a distant observer; it had to live with the characters, breathe with them, and respond to their emotions in real time. Most of the film was shot handheld, not as a stylistic choice alone, but as a storytelling decision. We wanted the audience to feel as though they were present within the scene rather than watching it from a comfortable distance.
ㅤ
At the same time, this approach demanded a camera system capable of delivering both technical excellence and emotional authenticity. Shooting on the ALEXA Mini LF gave us exactly that. The camera's extraordinary dynamic range, beautiful color science, and its ability to render skin tones with remarkable subtlety allowed us to preserve the realism we were chasing without compromising on quality.

Cinema, after all, is not just about what we see; it is about what we feel.

If audiences walk away from this film feeling as though they have lived alongside these characters, shared their silences, and witnessed their most vulnerable moments firsthand, then our handheld, candid approach has fulfilled its purpose.
