Dhyanalinga - the silent presence of the ultimate! by @omkareshaa

You don’t have this at homee ❤️❤️ by @omkareshaa

Walked thru almost all the major brands in a mall after a long time, and one thing really caught my eye - there’s a lot more plastic in our wardrobes than we realise..

A huge chunk of clothing today is made from synthetic fibres. Beyond the environmental impact, these fabrics can shed tiny microfibres that find their way into our water and food - and potentially our bodies too.

Having spent some time in the industry myself, I strongly feel that natural fibres still have so much untapped potential to become a much bigger part of what we wear.

Cotton. Linen. Hemp.
Comfortable, breathable and capable of being incredibly stylish.

The choice is ours. 🌿😎 by @omkareshaa

Carry the ashram wherever you are. 🙏

Had the opportunity to visit the famous Kapaleeshwarar Shiva Temple in Chennai. Mesmerised by the powerful energy there.. simply couldn’t take my eyes off the Linga during Darshan 🙏

The priest approached and asked where I was from, and I gently said, “Isha..” To my surprise and Sadhguru’s grace, he asked me to come inside and allowed me to meditate near the entrance of the inner sanctum 🙏

Words cannot express our gratitude to the Masters who consecrated such powerful spaces. Even after hundreds of years, the space is still alive, bursting with energy 🙏

And now, what a blessing and privilege it is to live in the lap of a Living Master and experience the powerfully consecrated spaces at Isha every day 🙏🙇‍♂️ by @omkareshaa

This is Shenbagam, the first nurse from a tribal village near Isha.

Heartwarming to hear how Isha encouraged her towards education, and how that opportunity not only changed her life, but inspired a whole generation in her village. And of course, the joy and pride it brought her mother. ❤️

I also heard another young woman is on her way to becoming the village’s first Doctor. Kudos to Isha’s outreach team for empowering such possibilities!

Walking through the village, I felt a certain rawness, purity and simplicity. Every home had a story. Every face carried one.

Perhaps there is something in this simplicity that we need to imbibe and carry with us, wherever we are. 🙏 by @omkareshaa
