Some of the best nights begin around a table.✨

Introducing The Brubaker Table, a new dinner series by Executive Chef Emily Brubaker, created around the idea that the best meals are the ones that bring people together.

Each gathering will be entirely its own, with a new setting, a new story and a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by the season, the occasion and the people joining Chef Emily at the table.

Here’s what’s ahead:

November 1 | Día de los Muertos
Main Plaza
A celebration of tradition, remembrance and connection, featuring a collaborative menu from chefs across La Costa.

November 20 | Friendsgiving
Costa Del Sol Terrace
A warm, seasonal gathering with Chef Emily and special culinary friends.

February 6 | Love at the Table
Parlor & Foyer
Chef Emily is joined by her husband, Chef Jake, for an intimate dinner inspired by love, partnership and the shared language of food.

March 13 | The Macallan Dinner
Costa Del Sol Terrace
An evening pairing Chef Emily’s culinary perspective with the distinctive character of The Macallan.

Since 1965, guests have been checking in at La Costa. Some, they say, never checked out.

For two nights only, The Haunted Courtyard Spook-easy invites you into a hidden corner of La Costa for a haunted happy hour with cocktails, eerie encounters and a few sinister surprises. Beverages are included with admission.

October 30–31, 7 p.m. or 8:30 p.m.

Two hours of Little Sprouts childcare is available as an add-on for children ages 6 months–12 years.

Plot twist: You’re not cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year.

Our Home for the Holidays to-go boxes are officially back for Thanksgiving this year, with a complete holiday feast prepared by the culinary team at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.

Each box serves 4–6 guests and includes a whole roasted turkey, turkey gravy, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, sweet potato soufflé, green bean casserole, honey-roasted rainbow carrots, orange cranberry chutney, sourdough Parker rolls, brioche sage stuffing and pumpkin pie with brown sugar Chantilly.

Want to add a little more to the table? Enhancements include caramel apple cheesecake, chocolate pecan pie, honey-baked ham, mac & cheese, tamales and more. A vegan roasted cauliflower alternative is also available.

All you have to do is pick it up, finish the final preparations at home and take the credit. Order by Friday, November 20. Pick up Wednesday, November 25 from 10 AM–6 PM at Marketplace.

From family-friendly Halloween fun and festive movie nights to spirited cocktails, haunted encounters and a Día de los Muertos dinner, we’ve got a full calendar of reasons to celebrate.

Weekend Halloween Fun
We’re keeping the Halloween spirit alive all month long with festive crafts and activities for resort guests and members.

Look forward to Spider Crafts, Spider Web Cotton Candy, Halloween Bingo, Spooky Stuffies, The Boo Boutique, Dracula’s Delight, Build-a-Scarecrow, Peek-a-Boo Pumpkin Crafts and more.

Spooky Cinema
Saturdays at 5:30pm

Our dine-in movie series is getting a Halloween twist with family-friendly favorites every Saturday in October.

Resort guests and members can drop the kids off for a complimentary movie night while enjoying dinner elsewhere at the resort. Reservations can be made through Little Sprouts Kids Club.

The Nightmare Before Blitzen’s

This ticketed Halloween experience includes cocktails, ghostly encounters and a few sinister surprises in a tucked-away corner of the resort.

Two entry times are available each evening at 7pm and 8:30pm, and childcare can be added at the time of purchase. The experience is open to everyone, including locals, with tickets available through Ticket Tailor.

November 1, 6-8pm

We’re keeping the celebrations going with a special Día de los Muertos dinner hosted by Executive Chef Emily Brubaker and chefs from across Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
