Sharing the vision for Omni Nordic 2.0. 🔨🌲🗓️

Omni Nordic was beautiful but we’re moving it outdoors with plans underway we hope to have our new sauna and cold experience available to everyone sometime in 2027. by @omninordic_mn

Introducing Omni Nordic ~ Sauna and Ice Bath 🧖🏼‍♀️🌲

Inside @omni_training_facility in Waite Park, MN, you will find this Nordic Spa experience!

Our modern take on an age old tradition.
🔥🧊
Almost heavenly steamy heat and ice cold exposure brings numerous health benefits for the body, mind, and spirit!

Hear the crackle of the water as it pours over the hot stones in the Harvia stove, and feel the cubes of ice move as you dip into the tub.

A must-try experience you will want to feel for yourself!

When the Women’s College Basketball team comes to Sauna + Ice, they come prepared! 🤣🤣

We can’t decide which cold tub is funnier! 🥇

Tub 1: Terrified looks and a freeking life jacket!🤣

I loved getting to sit down with Jaden, owner of Northern Steam, and share my experience working their custom sauna builds.

When it came time to build my home sauna, I knew exactly what I wanted- healthy materials, proper ventilation and sauna design, beautiful craftsmanship, and a team I could trust.

@northernsteammn
Jaden + Northern Steam checked every box. 🤍

I’m even more excited to say that when Omni Nordic 2.0 comes to life, I plan to have Northern Steam help us build it. 👀🔥 by @omninordic_mn

Some things are just better together. 🤍

Sauna isn’t only about the heat. It’s about slowing down, connecting, sharing conversation, and creating community.

Sweat. Connect. Belong. 🌲🔥
