THE FUNERAL

Life is a journey, a cycle where everyone and everything in nature has a purpose.The inspiration for this project comes from Martin Heidegger’s concept of ”Being-toward-death,“ where death is a part of life, shaping us from birth. Life‘s constraints compel us to confront reality. Life is inherently unpredictable and ever-changing, so we must believe that positive changes are always possible. Building connections with others and accepting the inevitability of life’s end are crucial aspects.

By embracing the concept of Celebrating Life, funerals are transformed into joyous occasions, no longer overshadowed by sadness. This encourages us to approach life and death with a positive mindset. These celebrations honor the departed and provide comfort to those left behind. Sharing memories reminds us of the significance of our own lives. Understanding the brevity of life motivates us to treasure each moment and bid farewell with happiness, blending reverence with a celebration of life‘s enduring spirit.

生命是一場旅程，一個循環，每個人和大自然都有自己的目的。這次的企劃發想是源自於馬丁·海德格“向死而生”的概念，死亡是生命的一部分，從出生就開始塑造我們。生命的限制讓我們面對現實。生命總是不可預測與改變，請相信一切都會有更好的變化。與他人建立聯連結，接受生命的終結。

利用慶祝生命的概念將這場葬禮變得不再悲傷，敦促我們積極面對生死。他們尊重逝者並安慰留下的人。分享回憶告訴我們自己生命的重要性。知道生命短暫鼓勵我們珍惜每一刻並擁抱愉快的告別，融合尊重與對生命不朽精神的慶祝。
