We’ve got a fresh batch of DXC v1.1 extruders ready for our QALAM Pro machines.
We’ve been using DXC because it gives us the kind of consistent filament control and reliability we want from the Pro series, especially when the machines are running fast and for long prints.
Really nice piece of engineering by @omranello and the Phaetus team. We’re glad to be using it in machines being built here in Pakistan.
Now it’s time to get these installed.

finally I found A D3vil-Design themed chair (ASTRON)... a proper chair is must for the new Lab and for Old people🫣 ... at such age u need a proper Hip, Back and Neck support yet still looks cool ... Thanks to @afterworkgears for this great chair. Can't wait to try more of their Products!

Layer adhesion test with the ArkFly PopWeb™ bed from @phaetus, designed for the @snapmakerinc U1.

55° overhang.
Print rotated 90° midway.
Even more overhang.

The PLA actually bent under the load and broke while I was removing it… but it still refused to come off the bed.

That adhesion is no joke.
