4 years without you, Mom. 🤍

I miss you beyond words, yet somehow you are still everywhere—in our stories, our laughter, our traditions, and in so much of who we are.

And now, especially, in baby Isabel.

Becoming a grandmother has made me understand in a whole new way the incredible joy you felt in your grandchildren. And as we watch Isabel grow, we see so much of you in her—her expressions, her funny feet, her smile, her sweet, easygoing nature… even her love of lamb chops.

She is a blessing in so many ways, but one of the greatest is how she keeps you close. Through her, your memory isn’t simply remembered—it is cherished, honored and lived every day.

I see you. I feel you. I talk to you. And I know you must be so proud of all of us.

2010 → 2026 🤍

At 10 years old, Cecilia Cassini was introduced to the world as the youngest fashion designer.

Today, at 27, she’s still designing. Still dreaming. Still doing it her way.

The little girl with the very big dream became the woman she imagined she could be.

16 years later, this moment feels beautifully full circle.

Then → Now.

They told me, “Blink and you’ll miss it Treasure every moment,” for one day you’d be grown and wouldn’t need me in the same way anymore.

But here we are, and the greatest gift is that you still welcome me into your life. I am incredibly proud of the remarkable man you are .

In fact, the only thing that’s truly changed is your height! You still carry the same passions & that spark is what makes you so special. You embody humor, resilience, determination, love, and strength in every aspect of your life.

You’re curious and fearless, whether you’re navigating the waters, creating delicious masterpieces in the kitchen, or exploring new places. Most of all, you are genuinely funny, honest, kind, selfless, generous, and fiercely loyal to everyone you love—especially baby Isabel! 💕

The world needs more decent men, more Captains, and more chefs with a heart like yours.
