september reading wrap up 🍂 I was blessed to have a busy september with bookish events & my birthday! so I only had time for a couple of reads this month and I had some standouts!

The Knave and the Moon - 4.5
Tempest - 4
The Exorcism of Faeries - 4.25
Persuasion - 4.75
The Dungeon Book - 4
Grim Tidings - 4
The Good, the bad and the undead & Every which way but dead (books 2 & 3 of The Hollows series)

I’m absolutely loving The Hollows series by Kim Harrison, a fantastic early 2000s urban fantasy! and it was finally time to say goodbye to the stonewater kingdom… now it’s time for creepy and cosy reads for october 🎃 taken in BOOKSTA by @oncelucyreads

my october tbr… or maybe I should say hopefuls because this is a very ambitious pile 🍂

I love syncing my life to the seasons, and as everything starts to slow down, I want to slow down with it! lots of cosy evenings and hopefully lots of reading

I’ve kicked off october with a cold, so I think the universe is forcing me to embrace that slower pace anyway!

this month I’m craving strange gothic reads, a little magic and whimsy, and of course my most highly anticipated reads of the month… The Court of Venus, Slewfoot and Curse City

what are you reading this october and which book are you most excited to pick up? 🤎 taken in BOOKSTA by @oncelucyreads
