What a powerful morning for Semper Fi Mission’s 129th mission inside Allegheny County Jail! 🙌

Thank you, Brother Darin and Brother Michael, for joining us and pouring into these men. Without either of us planning it, my message on faith aligned with the message Brother Michael brought. Praise God for His direction!

“Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” — Romans 10:17

We reminded the men that faith grows through God’s Word, that we can trust Him even when we cannot see the way forward, and that our circumstances do not determine our future. Your past does not define you—Jesus restores broken lives, and prison walls cannot keep out His love!

Brother Michael shared powerful testimonies of overcoming addiction and life on the streets—a living example of the restoration we were preaching about.

Over 40 men joined us, and every new inmate in attendance gave his life to Jesus! 🙏

All glory to God! He continues to change lives, restore hope, and make all things new. ❤️ by @ondochuck

Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, Laura! ❤️

I am so incredibly grateful for you and for everything you bring into my life. I’m thankful for all that we get to do together through the church, for all the love and support you give to Semper Fi Mission, and for everything you do for our family.
You are an amazing wife, a wonderful stepmom, and such a loving grandma to Owen. Your loving, kind, and sweet heart is one of the many things that makes you so special.

I hope you enjoy every minute of your special day, and I pray this is your best year ever—a year filled with God’s blessings, favor, joy, health, and happiness.

Keep smiling that beautiful smile. I’m a very lucky and blessed man to be your husband, and I thank God for you.

The official Patriots 5K photos and videos are on the way, but I couldn't wait to say this. Thank you. Hundreds of you showed up with heart, with purpose, with love. When we put the numbers in afterward, AI called it a statistical miracle.

It was, by every measure, the largest event ever held in North Park. That's not us. That's all God! So first and foremost, glory to Him. And to my son, my good buddy Brian, and Jack, thank you for coming out from Philly, for standing with us, for making the weekend unforgettable. Patriots 5K was bigger than a race. It was a movement of faith, of family, of community. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

And just to top it all off, catching that Steelers game live was the cherry on top. Sharing that kind of energy with the people I love, just unforgettable. What a weekend! Go Steelers by @ondochuck

The Semper Fi Mission wants to extend our deepest gratitude to Joe Wadlow and his son Greg, from Monte Cello's Restaurant.

They generously donated 30 pizzas for our Prayer Cut event today, and they were absolutely delicious.

We also honor Joe for his service to our country as a United States Marine with 3rd Battalion 1st Marines in Vietnam. His example of service continues. Now through his restaurant Monticello's on Babcock Boulevard in the North Hills, where he serves the community with incredible food and generosity.

Thank you, Joe and Greg, for all you do!

Abiel and John preached in the Allegheny County Jail today. Abiel shared his testimony in the Mental Health Pod, Darin shared his testimony in the Women’s pod and John preached on the power of prayer while teaching them how to effectively pray just as Christ taught his disciples.

Today was a great day for the Lord, a bad day for the enemy. Together we saw 4 inmates give their lives to Christ, 35 of the women came up for prayer and were touched by the tangible power of God. We will always push through resistance and opposition, and continue to preach on the one true living God. All glory, honor, and praise to Him!

MISSION #125 — ALLEGHENY COUNTY JAIL 🙏🔥

Today marked our 125th mission inside the Allegheny County Jail, and God moved powerfully.

I opened our time together with Psalm 23, focusing on four simple words:
“The Lord is MY Shepherd.”
Not just a shepherd. Not just someone else’s Shepherd.

MY Shepherd.

A God who knows you personally. A God who walks with you through the valley. A God who does not abandon you—even behind the walls of a jail.

Brother Eric followed, preaching about the importance of developing a right and full relationship with Christ.

Then Brother Anthony shared from his own personal journey, and his words brought the entire pod to a place of complete silence:

“In the solitude of incarceration, I finally became quiet enough to hear the still, small voice within me. I took the anger I carried toward the man I had become and used it as a hammer—not to destroy myself, but to forge myself. Somewhere behind those walls, the false version of me began to fall away, and I started becoming the man I was always meant to be. So use this time wisely.”
Over 40 men sat in attendance.

The entire pod was quiet. Men listened. Tears fell. Hearts softened.

Several men who had never done so before gave their lives to Jesus, and more than 25 men prayed the sinner’s prayer together.

What the enemy intended for isolation, God can use for transformation.

What looks like a prison cell can become a prayer closet.

What looks like the end of a man's story can become the place where Jesus begins writing a new one.

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for THOU art with me.” — Psalm 23:4

“
Thank You, God” moment. 🙏

This morning, while I was sitting in church, I received two separate text messages that honestly stopped me in my tracks.

At that very same moment, Semper Fi Mission was being shown on the screens at two different churches across the Pittsburgh area — Victory Family Church and New Life Fellowship Church.

Our testimonies were being shared, and people we may never even meet were hearing about what God is doing through this mission.

Just think about that for a moment.

This isn't about us. It has never been about us.
This is about Jesus. This is about lives being changed, hope being restored, and the Gospel reaching places we could never reach on our own.
We simply said YES to God — and He continues to open doors we never could have opened ourselves.

ALL glory, honor, and praise belongs to Him. 🙌✝️
