Starting a new project soon, and feeling a bit nostalgic. It’s a fine time to post some stuff from past while.

Today we open the second and final spilleperiode of VRAGET at @odsherredteater
It’s been a fun journey. So lovely to work at this heart-filled house. I’m grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with this talented and skilful group of artists. 👏🏾

On August 13, @one.bailey and @bio.degradabile return to SMK with their popular dance performance ‘Michelangelo in Motion.’

In the heart of the major exhibition ‘Michelangelo Imperfect’, they embody the emotions and untold stories behind Michelangelo’s iconic sculptures – giving them new life through movement.

Free with admission or SMK Annual Pass! 🤗

A few moments from a little morning practise.

There are so many things that appear to be simple and easy, but in fact take a while to learn. I’m nowhere near perfect and I have a lot to learn, but the process and practise is fun, even more so when shared with amazing people.

Feel so blessed for freedom, health and the opportunity to learn and grow.

A little post class challenge after Wednesday at @ohm_yoga.dk with my amazing colleague and friend @stine_hermann!!! 👏🏾 Super grateful for the possibility to practise together in this gorgeous space. Always something new to discover!

This is a variation on the dancing warrior flow @kestyoga demonstrated on his insta. Such a lovely sequence of postures! That guy’s practise is so strong! 💪🏾

BTW this music is written and played by my buddy Adrian who I went to high school with! @adrianplayspiano @slwjmz SUPER talented! Check him out! by @one.bailey

Two more weeks left of this little personal project. Only a few more assignments to hand in and exams to knock off, and then on to summer. Feeling grateful and blessed for the opportunity to learn and grow this year in safety, good health and with an amazing supportive family and network old & new. taken in Aarhus, Denmark by @one.bailey
