Julez is the first person I have given a white belt to and Nic is the second. What an inspiration for women and especially for your children who also train the sport.

This weekend was another reminder of what makes Our Team So Special!

We are incredibly proud of every athlete who stepped on the mats today. Win or lose, you represented One Jiu Jitsu with heart, discipline, and respect. Competing takes courage, and every match is another step toward becoming a better martial artist.

The medals are great, but what makes me most proud is the effort, sportsmanship, and the way our team supported one another throughout the day. That’s what our academy is built on.

A huge thank you to our coaches, parents, teammates, and everyone who came out to cheer us on. Your support makes a difference.

Congratulations to everyone who competed today. We’ll celebrate the victories, learn from every match, and get right back to work. The journey continues, and we’re just getting started.

Three years have just flown by. In these past three short years, Elijah and Savannah have grown in more ways than I ever imagined. June 29, 2023 — the day they decided to take on this wild Jiu‑Jitsu journey, the day they chose to put their trust in Professors Evan and Adam and all of One Jiu Jitsu.

They’ve thrived from the very beginning. Savannah has found a true love for the sport and competes every chance she gets. Elijah loves Jiu‑Jitsu too, and he’s discovered just as much joy in helping others learn. They’ve gone from starting at the bottom to helping and coaching the younger kids, becoming leaders on and off the mats.

Watching their growth, confidence, and maturity has been incredible. Through this journey, they’ve built lasting bonds and friendships with people who have become family.
