Hariyali Anda Masala - Replaced chicken with eggs in Hariyaali Chicken as a little kitchen experiment today 🥚💚

Honestly, I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it ended up being surprisingly delicious! 😋 The creamy, herby hariyaali masala pairs so well with eggs that I might just make it this way more often.
