Woman are incredible 🖤
It’s great that that the world is waking up to it in the sporting world.

And we hope women are waking up to the choice they have with products available for their period.

Our little cups at @ironman_uk

We couldn’t think of a better crowd for our cup to be in front of 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ We hope we planted the seed of curiosity to all the athletes and supporters that saw our little stand.

Well done to everyone that took on the 70.3 yesterday, you are all incredible! 👏 taken in Weymouth, Dorset by @onecup_me

When we talk about powering on, pushing through, discipline, we always mean it with love. Love for your body, your cycle and yourself!

Power On may not mean going for a run or a cycle, it might be washing your face before bed, smiling at the stranger when you can’t be bothered it’s about using your power and knowing your power always! 👊 by @onecup_me

One of our Cup Club has swam the F’ing Channel!!!

@bryony.eve.swims summed it up by saying she had ‘a really great day’ but had also done some serious research around her chances of seeing an Orca 🤯

Women are INCREDIBLE.

@esmee_ldn we loved you before but seeing your turn up after running for days, weeks, months and show up for every single person with hugs, kindness, warmth and just an infectious level of care, purpose and consideration was something very special and rare to see.

We couldn’t make our local City in the @thenations5k tour so we went to Exeter to hand deliver one of our cups to this absolute inspiration 🫶🖤

Power On. But on your terms. Period.

Still a small study, but interesting to understand and learn….and to know studies are happening!

Proudly supporting @cornwalls_backyard_ultra in a few weeks!

We may have some insider contacts 👀🫠 A race that isn’t about how fast you can go, it’s all about who’s willing to play the game longest!

We know women are killing it in the endurance space and we can’t wait to watch them represent in our own Backyard!

We will be cheering extra loud for our Cup Club girls who are taking on the laps 🫶🖤 Make sure to tag us if that’s you!! (And come say hi!) taken in Cornwall, United Kingdom by @onecup_me
