📈 Well… they did it 🤦🏻‍♀️

The 𝗥𝗕𝗔 has increased the cash rate by 0.25%, taking it to 4.60%.

Not the news mortgage holders were hoping for, especially when household budgets are already feeling the squeeze.

If you have a home loan, don’t panic, but don’t ignore it either.

Now is a really good time to check:

It’s been another massive week at 𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗘!! .. approvals, settlements and plenty of very happy clients getting their next homes sorted. 🕺👏🏼🏠

If you’re buying or investing in Townsville, you’ll know just how different this market feels compared to a few years ago.
