What a gift it is to shoot with @mandybethphotography ✨🧡

Here are a few faves from our recent family photo shoot. Thankful for her ability to capture authenticity & joy in frame.

Also, shoutout to @lyladance.4live for the cutest crocheted tap shoes ever! 👞 And, to @krystlepaige for the gorgeous handmade baby blanket! 💕

Tamanawas Falls might be my favorite Oregon hike yet. Very favorable beauty to effort ratio

@meggywaystins and I have been working on a new song for this month’s @rhythmicsoulstapcompany video shoot. This is going to be a really fun one! We tried out using contact mics this time and it worked great <-swipe to see

Real relationships are hard. Inevitably, we hurt one another, we push each other's buttons and we have to decide over and over again to learn, forgive, and keep growing. This is magnified as many of us are in our homes all day everyday with those we love the most.

This song is a raw look into the struggle of moving forward when we've cut each other deeply. If you're going through a dark season, I hope you find a little hope wrestling with this song.

@abillylaw and I wrote this together over email, and it's probably my favorite we've done together. @somerobyn absolutely killed the vocals. @acauble brought some serious groove on drums. @benjamminbarnett did an amazing job recording, producing and playing bass on the track at @thehangstudiostx
Please share if you enjoy the song! by @onemandand

These are crazy times we live in. There’s an odd stillness with a sense of impending doom creeping up from behind. The pressure dropping as a storm looms just out of sight. This song mirrors that feeling of dark anticipation while fearing your old haunts have come back to call in all your outstanding debts.

It’s inspired by great movies like The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, The Magnificent 7 and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I’ve loved old westerns for a long time, but had never thought to write a song capturing such a story. This song seemed to come out of nowhere, but made perfect sense for me to write once the story came into focus. Enjoy your new soundtrack for these uncertain days.

It would mean a lot to me if you would share this.
