What an absolutely incredible adventure in Slovenia! 🇸🇮 My mind was totally blown exploring Predjama Castle, which is literally built right into a massive cliff – it's like something out of a fairytale!🏰✨

Then, we journeyed deep underground into the stunning Postojna Cave, a truly magical world of rock formations. If you're planning a trip, getting there is super easy; both spots are just about an hour from Ljubljana by car or tour. And a little tip from me: you'll find places to grab a bite right at both the castle and the cave, so no worries about getting hungry! 🍔🥪 But seriously, if you go into Postojna Cave, bring a sweater or a light jacket 🥶 because it's always around 10 degrees in there, even in the middle of summer!

You can buy tickets separately, but they also have a combo ticket which is often the best deal if you want to see both! For adults, a single ticket for the cave is around €30-35, and the castle is about €20-25. The combo ticket usually saves you a bit, costing roughly €55-60. Prices can change a little depending on the season, so it's always good to check their official website before you go! 🎟️

Giovinazzo was such a wonderful surprise – far more than just a pretty seaside town. I absolutely loved losing myself in the picturesque historic center, where every archway and narrow street leads to another stunning view of the sparkling Adriatic. The harbor is pure magic, with its colorful fishing boats and the sound of waves. It's the kind of spot where you can just sit and breathe. 🛥️☀️

Ostuni truly is a stunning city, built right onto this big hill. Navigating the old town and its steep parts provides some excellent physical exercise, and trust me, the reward is well worth the climb!

🏞️ A strong piece of advice: resist the urge to use a tuk-tuk for your city tour. Doing so means you'll lose out on the authentic feel of its narrow streets, and honestly, many of these tuk-tuks are just a scam. Experience it on foot for the real deal! 🚫🚶‍♂️

Visiting Alberobello in the early morning was truly wonderful. 😌 There were no big crowds and the air was cool, which let me enjoy the quiet. It was the perfect way to see something so special and unique in this part of the world.🌍

Even though this town gets really busy with tourists later in the day, it somehow keeps its very own unique charm. It stands out in a special way, even compared to other beautiful places in Puglia. You really feel a different kind of magic here. 🏡

Pontremoli, the most northern town in Tuscany, is a medieval gem and truly the cultural heart of Lunigiana. Walking its ancient streets, you can practically feel the history echoing from its beautiful Baroque and medieval buildings. Definitely worth a visit! ✨

🍽️ Where to eat: Don't miss local specialties like testaroli or sgabei! Many trattorias in the historic center offer delicious traditional food.
