This one started with real children, real conversations, and real moments of waiting.

Waiting for answers.
Waiting for healing.
Waiting for reunification.
Waiting for adoption.
Waiting for what comes next.

Today, I’m excited to officially share, While We Wait. A children’s book created to remind kids that even when life feels uncertain, they are still loved, still safe, and still worthy of belonging.

Although Foster Care Awareness Month has passed, the children and families impacted by foster care continue their journeys every single day. This book was written for them, but its message reaches far beyond foster care. It’s for any child navigating change, loss, uncertainty, or a season of waiting.

As a foster parent, youth advocate, and someone who believes every child deserves to feel seen, this project is incredibly close to my heart.

Even more meaningful, 100% of the proceeds from While We Wait will directly support the One Nation Leadership House, helping us continue building resources, opportunities, mentorship, and a safe place for youth who need it most.

When you purchase this book, you’re doing more than buying a story.

God carried me through moments nobody saw…
the doubt, the pressure, the days I wanted to quit but didn’t.

My wife, my backbone, my safe place, my constant,
you never let me fold. You believed in me even when I was tired.

My parents and my support system, thank you for standing behind me, pushing me, and holding me up when I needed it.
And my babies… my foster kids… you may gave this journey a deeper purpose. Big s/o to my best friend for holding down all my kids while we are away at the ceremony! My besties in laws for coming to show up for me as always! Everybody watching the live stream who couldn’t physically be here.

Everything I do is bigger than me because of you all.
This degree isn’t just mine.

It belongs to everyone who poured into me, prayed for me, and stood beside me.

God did this. And I stayed the course.

We did it, y’all! We secured our first space for the One Nation Leadership House! Our very first residential style living space for teens experiencing foster care🤍

Thank you to everyone who contributed, shared, donated, prayed, and believed. This was truly a process and a journey and while we’re not finished yet, we are officially in motion and stepping into something bigger than us.

Thank you 2025 for showing me I could win and lose, fail and succeed, cry and laugh, and still not break. This year I released another book in my childrens book series, opened a storefront in th heart of Manayunk, became the first in history to double headline New York Fashion Week, and moved forward with opening a group home that was once a dream. I balanced entrepreneurship with being months away from earning my degree, fostered three amazing kiddos, and continued showing up as a loving wife. We didn’t just show up for our dreams, we showed up for each other, for our family, and for every young person watching us build. I learned that faith, consistency, and community can turn ideas into impact and obstacles into elevation. I praise God for every blessing and every lesson, and I’m forever grateful for my wife and my support system who stood with me through every leap and milestone. This year showed me that I can evolve, expand, and rise without ever losing the heart, mission or strength that brought me here. And if this is what foundation looks like, imagine what’s next. by @onenationceo

This isn’t just our next project, it’s our purpose.
When God gave us this vision, we didn’t know how, but we knew why. We’re building a home for the youth, a place filled with love, leadership, and stability.

A house that teaches what family feels like, and what hope can grow into. Me and my wife, are stepping out on faith to build something that will change lives, a safe space where young people can heal, learn, and lead.

Day 2: One Nation 💫

Every walk told a story. Every look carried confidence and purpose. We might have just met but the energy felt like family. Watching everyone step into their light reminded me why I do this, it’s about more than fashion, it’s about connection, growth, and creating something bigger than ourselves.

Sometimes I sit back and think about everything I’ve been through, every moment I wanted to quit, every time life threw something unexpected my way and I realize how far I’ve come.

I never gave up on my dreams. Even when it felt like nobody was watching, nobody understood, and nobody could see what I was building behind the scenes. I kept going. I’m a self-made CEO, a wife, a foster mom to three beautiful kids, a full-time student finishing my last few classes and a woman still working her ass off every single day to turn purpose into reality.

It hasn’t been easy. There are days I’m exhausted, days I question myself and days I have to remind myself why I started. But through it all, I’ve learned that strength isn’t about what people see, it’s about what you keep doing when no one’s looking.

This journey has taught me that my purpose is bigger than just a clothing line. One Nation is about the community, the culture, and showing others that they have greatness inside them too. It’s about reminding people that no matter where you start, your purpose will always make room for you. You don’t have to have it all together, just the faith to keep going, the courage to learn as you grow, and the vision to believe in what’s bigger than you.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown. I’m proud of what I’m building piece by piece. And I’m thankful for every step, every lesson, and every moment that’s shaping me into who I’m meant to be. by @onenationceo
