Noah’s very first medal exam ✨🤍

Just aged 4 🥹 A waltz, a cha-cha, the sweetest bows and a smile that says it all!

Exams don’t have to be scary — they’re a chance to celebrate everything our dancers have learnt, build confidence and create special memories along the way.

And what makes this moment even more special… Noah turned 5 today! 🎂💙 Join us in wishing him the happiest birthday! ✨

I’ve grown in ways no one sees. In recent months, I have been tested in ways I never imagined, navigating loss, grief, and the quiet battles with my own mental health. There were moments I felt broken, moments I questioned my strength, and moments I simply focused on surviving the day.

Even in the darkest chapters, growth is still happening. I am redefining who I am, not in spite of the pain, but because I faced it.

Professionally, I’m not just climbing, I’m evolving. Personally, I’m not just coping, I’m becoming stronger, wiser, and more grounded than I’ve ever been.

This is what moving forward looks like. I value who I am and I’m proud of who I’m becoming. Stronger. Wiser. Unstoppable. by @oneneilone

Words cannot describe just how proud we are of Sofia! Yesterday, Sofia took part in the ABD 2024 Grand Finals in Coventry! Over all she took 6th place in her student/teacher Quickstep, 6th place Chacha/Jive solos and then took home 2nd place Chacha couples and 1st place Waltz couples! This was her first time dancing in the couples category and I am so so happy that their hard work paid off!

Without the amazing teachings from @romeodanceacademy and specifically @accursioromeo and Leila for their constant belief and encouragement, Sofia wouldn't be where she is today!

Cannot wait to see what she can achieve next!
