GRIT -“To be like the rock that the waves keep crashing over. It stands unmoved and the raging of the sea falls still around it.” He reminds himself daily to focus on what he can control—his judgments and actions—while accepting the rest, embodying perseverance amid chaos. by @oneofonedavid

A butterfly has to completely dissolve before it can fly.
That’s what this season has felt like so far - dissolving old habits, old thinking, old limits. It hasn’t been easy but it’s necessary.
My mindset shifted from “I hope this works” to “I’m going to MAKE this work.”

The butterfly does not evolve by holding on.
It lets go of the body, the life, the identity that got it this far.
Growth is not adding more. It’s becoming enough to leave the ground. 🦋💜 WATCH THE VIDEO FOR A MYTHICAL PORTABLE POTTY PULL 🚽✨ by @oneofonedavid

Developing Winning Mindset
“The tirst thing you have to do is decide that being optimistic is important to you, because you understand that optimism is essential to fulfilling your dreams and attaining your goals. Once you make that decision, you have to start looking at things from a different perspective.” 🦋💜 taken in Olathe, Kansas by @oneofonedavid
