I’ve been a coward with my own network, and it’s time to call it out.

When I started One Orbit Lending, my motto was:

“Everyone in our orbit will be uplifted.”

But I wasn’t living that. At all.

Was I reaching out to my contacts?

Was I asking what problems they were facing?

Was I making our services *truly* known?

No.

I was afraid of being “annoying.” And that’s not a good excuse.

Dean Graziosi has a philosophy I’ve come to believe deeply:

**Selling is a moral obligation.**

If I believe our loan products can genuinely improve someone’s life, then I have a duty to tell them. To follow up. To persuade them to act in their own best interest.

And I KNOW:

👉 We have incredible lenders, we’ve closed fast, we’ve gotten 6% rates and 80% LTVs.

👉 We have an affiliate program that has paid $1,000+ **per deal** for referrals

People in my orbit *should* know that.

So I’m changing my behavior, starting now and starting with affiliates.

If you talk to investors who are:

- Flipping
- Buying rentals
- Building new construction
- Buying land

…and nothing happens after your initial call, this is for you.

You can:

- Help them get funding
- Help them scale
- Deepen your relationships
- And get paid at the same time

All it takes is one text introducing your contacts to us.

We’re looking for affiliates.

What’s an affiliate?

It’s a person who will refer customers for a cut of the commissions.

In other words, sending referrals for a fee.

What do our affiliates make?

Our average payment for a referral is upwards of $1,000.

For one text/email intro our affiliates make a minimum of $600 when we close.

That’s a $600 for a minute of work.

What do our affiliates look like?

Beautiful.

Also, fellow investors, realtors, coaches, or anyone who sends investors to One Orbit Lending, and we pay them a set percentage per funded loan.

We fund:

- New Construction
- Land Home Packages
- Rentals
- Flips
