Our journey at Ke Kilohana included creative marketing, professional video production, consistent exposure, and a strategic price adjustment along the way. One of our marketing videos, produced by our friends at @inhaus.studios, generated thousands of views which we loved. But as we know, views alone don’t sell homes. It takes the right combination of marketing, pricing, patience, and persistence. After 93 days on the market, the right buyer came along. The result? SOLD.
