POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hi babes! 💕

It felt like the perfect moment to ✨reintroduce✨ myself to all the new faces around here.

I’m Sophia, founder of One Stop Hot, born in the legendary year of 2020 (yes, the “everything-is-on-fire” year… fitting, I know).

A quick little origin story about how One Stop Hot came to life:

Before I became a business owner, I was deep in the trenches of corporate America selling Audis like my life depended on it. After years of being exhausted, overworked, and crying in my car (you know, the usual corporate rituals), I was suddenly given an ultimatum.

Starting immediately, I had to work every night shift and every weekend shift or get fired.

So basically, my options were to keep working a job that drained my soul and give up time with my family, or to run for the hills.

When they said, “See you tomorrow,” which was a Saturday, my spirit said absolutely not.

No baby, you will not be seeing me on Saturday. Or any other day for the rest of eternity. 😏

Mama ran. No seriously, I packed my things into a trash bag and sprinted to my car like a track star. 😂🏃🏻‍♀️

In that moment, I knew I was done with the chains of corporate America forever. My heart had belonged to the aesthetics world since I was twelve years old, so I enrolled in school and hit the ground running.

To pay for my lash supplies, I Instacarted, Doordashed, and UberEats-ed until I started making a profit. I even stapled my business card to the delivery bags. Your girl was dedicated, and honestly, it worked. 😂

And now here we are, almost in 2026, still successful, still grateful, and still going strong. I took a giant leap of faith and trusted God completely. Today, I get to spend time with my family whenever I want and I no longer have an evil lizard vampire boss. 😂

If my story proves anything, it is that sometimes the scariest leap is the one that saves you. I traded fear for faith, and a very dramatic trash bag escape for a thriving business. To everyone new here, welcome to the glam, the chaos, and the glow up. You are going to love it here. ✨

True story that happened to me one time when I was a beginner:

She wrote down that she was 18+, then I did a full *MEGA volume set* on her and then when she was done she said “im actually 12.” MIND YOU, she looked 25!!!!!!!

🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I made her have her mom call me so I could explain the situation, but the mom ended up being cool with her new veryyyyy bold lash set and I was so relieved cause I do NOT want an angry mom coming in. 🤣

To be clear, I do accept minors as clients, HOWEVER I will be talking to your mom haha.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
