another full year of travel and adventure to look back on! started 2018 in Louisiana, ended it in Texas, added to my lists are staying in 6+ new US cities, driving thru 10 new states, seeing ~4 national parks, and visiting the city of Dublin, Ireland bringing my country total to 18! I’m so happy to have the ability to see and do so much and somehow just make it all happen. Exploration gives me energy and brings a lot of happiness into my spirit! Of course I’m so glad to have seen a lot this year with amazing friends, family and new faces that make these adventures so special!!! Can’t wait to see what 2019 has lined up ——> by @oneworld.twoeyes

it was so cool to be with SASers again this weekend especially to talk about memories and share some pics and videos with each other. This one makes me so happy! It’s kinda wild how you can forget certain memories and then see pics or a video and still be like ..is that me I can’t believe I forgot this.. but these evenings were so awesome. Out on the top deck bow playing music and watching the sunset waiting for the green flash !!!!! Anyone believe in the green flash or have seen it with their own eyes? I could swear we saw it at least a couple times on the World Odyssey 🧐 by @oneworld.twoeyes

then to now... with some different haircuts and lesser tans, plus joined by 2 finances and a husband now! these people are some of the most remarkable humans I know! I’m so inspired by every single one of them. We can’t even express to each other how awesome it feels to have been together again, many of us for the first time in a year and a half. It just feels like home with them. Talking about our time with SAS and how few will ever know just what it was and what it meant to us and that’s why it’s so special to be with one another. The memories and relationships you build with people you’ve gone through new and wild experiences with can be so meaningful. I love all my SAS crew people in these pics and so many others who I miss deeply. by @oneworld.twoeyes

hello! it’s adventure time yet again. in the past 4 years i’ve definitely gotten used to doing some pretty long driving. back and forth to school 11 hours how many times now?? some of my favorite longer drives have been from Atlanta to New Orleans, Asheville to Lynchburg via the Blue Ridge Parkway, Clemson to Savannah... now I’ve gotten to explore a different part of the country driving Clemson to Louisville. now about to start the trek from Louisville to Philly! got my podcasts and music ready to go. good vibes road trip albums that have been getting me through my longer solo drives lately- all albums by Florence + The Machine especially High as Hope, Delta by Mumford & Sons, Everything Now by Arcade Fire, Lenny Kravitz Greatest Hits, Hard to Imagine the NBHD Ever Changing by The Neighbourhood, Sting’s Greatest Hits, and The Resistance by Muse. Highly recommend all of these. Hours and miles to go.... by @oneworld.twoeyes

ohhhhhh yeaaaaaaa I’m am grinnnnnng right now. This girl just officially committed on to the first Clemson Women’s Leadership program to Ahmedabad, India to study and work with SEWA in March!!!!!! Can’t believe I’ll be going back to this incredible country.. and to be there exactly 2 years from my first time. In my travel journal the first thing I wrote about India was how happy I was to be there. I wrote how interesting the country was from a psychological standpoint, how much to think about. The last thing I wrote about India was how I’d like to return and show other people the beauty. Crazy now I’ll have the opportunity to do that and do it with some college-long friends and a mentor. I can’t wait to meet the women of SEWA, have an immersion experience and be in the country for Holi which we just missed with SAS! Ooooweeeee I’m so happy to be able to do these things. oooweeee can’t believe it’s been months since I’ve been in this account. Life has been a little different the past 5 ish months, a good bit gloomier than usual, but I do feel an upturn coming along. No matter what I’m feeling in the moment though, I go back to my travels and how happy they make me. The pictures and memories I have on this account remind me of so much life I’ve lived and have yet to live so I’m going to continue filling it with much more!
