Meet Simon Wong. #PeopleInFlow

“For me, it is about finding a balance between a people-focused career, staying healthy and making time to enjoy life beyond work.”

Energy isn’t the same as focus ☕🧠

Energy is how awake you feel. Focus is where your attention goes, and how long it stays there. That’s why a third coffee can leave you wired but still jumping between tabs.

More caffeine isn’t always the answer either. Too much can bring on the jitters, and late cups can cut into tonight’s sleep, which makes tomorrow’s focus even harder.

A few other levers worth pulling:

Protect your sleep
Get some daylight and a short walk
One task at a time, notifications off
Steady meals and water
A few slow breaths before deep work
And when you do want a lift, FLOW pairs 75mg of guarana, a natural source of caffeine, with 200mg of L-Theanine for smooth energy without the jitters.

Swipe through, then save this for your next 3pm slump 📌

Meet Justine Teng (@justine.teng).

By day, she’s a Singapore-based Manual Osteopath, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist, with over 12 years of experience across fitness, rehabilitation, functional movement and pain management.

Through 1-on-1 consultations, she works with clients to resolve chronic pain, restore movement patterns, and build strength and mobility.

She also facilitates pain management and movement workshops, locally and internationally, and mentors fitness professionals. A trusted mentor and advocate for active ageing and accessible wellness, she practises what she teaches: she’s a group fitness and strength enthusiast, and heads out on daily walks with Daisy, her 5-year-old Frenchie. (Daisy also supervised the unboxing.)

RESET has become part of her nights. In her words: “I really love the RESET. It’s very effective for getting me to sleep through the night. I was having some sleep issues before this, with multiple interruptions in the night.”

#PeopleInFlow is about real people, not follower counts. Everyone has a story worth sharing and something to give, and we’re so grateful Justine let us into her day. Thank you, Justine! Here’s to every client, every workshop and every walk with Daisy.
RESET is our nightly sleep nutrition, with no artificial melatonin.

Meet Shawn Lim (@mediumshawn).

By day, he’s a personal branding coach, podcaster and the founder of Human Algorithm. The former journalist and editor now helps people build personal brands that feel human first, and he leads by example with radical vulnerability.

Then he clocks in on two wheels. Between clients, Shawn rides GrabFood delivery shifts on his bicycle, and he’s open about the maths: 20% of each day’s earnings goes to savings and paying back family, and 80% goes to household bills. He also hosts “Eating what my customers ordered on GrabFood Singapore!”, his self-funded, unfiltered taste tests. (Matcha lovers, he is still not one of you.)

At the centre of it all is family. Shawn is his daughter’s primary caregiver, and every client call and every delivery run comes back to her.

It’s a long day with a lot of switching. FLOW is part of his days, from coaching calls to the last delivery, and RESET is part of his nights, when the bike is parked and it’s time to switch off.

#PeopleInFlow is about real people, not follower counts. Everyone has a story worth sharing and something to give, and we’re so grateful Shawn let us into his day. Thank you, Shawn! Here’s to the next client, the next order and every moment at home.

Use code SHAWN for 15% off your first order. FLOW is our daily brain food and RESET our nightly sleep nutrition: from SGD 65.40 a bottle, rated 4.7+ from 2,125 reviews, with a 33-day money-back promise on your first bottle. Shop at onflowlab.com (link in bio).
