🏃จากถุงเท้าวิ่งที่อยากทำให้ต่าง สู่การสร้าง Running Culture ในแบบของตัวเอง

Brooo @brooo.official ไม่ได้มองการวิ่งเป็นเรื่องของนักกีฬาเพียงกลุ่มเดียว แต่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการใช้ชีวิต จึงค่อยๆ ขยายจากสินค้า ไปสู่ Community ที่เชื่อมการวิ่งเข้ากับสถานที่ อาหาร และผู้คน

CM6 2026 i1: 8th Overall | 3rd Age Group 🥉

งานที่เรียกความมั่นใจกลับมาอีกครั้ง เนื่องการเติบโตของ Brooo เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วทำให้บทบาทในชีวิตต้อง Focus กับงานมากขึ้นหลายเท่า ยังพยายามจัดสรรเวลาออกกำลังและซ้อมให้ได้เท่าเดิม แต่ความเครียดและสิ่งต่างๆมีผลต่อการซ้อมอย่างชัดเจน (+แก่ขึ้นด้วยจ้า) เลยทำให้ปีนี้เปลี่ยนเป้ามาแข่งแค่ระยะสั้นๆ ก็พอแล้วน่าจะยังพอที่จะ Keep Performance ไว้ได้อยู่

แต่ตั้งแต่เปิดปีนี้มาก็ยังไม่สามารถทำผลงานได้ตามเป้าขนาดนั้น ค่อยๆหาตัวเองไปเรื่อยๆ จนพบแนวทางของตัวเองก่อนแข่งรายการนี้แล้วลองปรับมาใช้ คือการไม่กดดันอะไรในการแข่ง
ค่อยๆปล่อยไปตามจังหวะ ได้คุยได้เล่นกับเพื่อนๆพี่ๆน้องๆ สุดท้ายพอจิตใจแฮปปี้ เราก็จะวิ่งดีเอง ในที่สุดดึงฟอร์มตัวเองกลับมาได้ซักที 💪🏻
