From an idea to a room, and from a room to something we built together. THE POD LIVE 2026 was created on a simple but powerful belief: when women are given the space to learn, connect, reflect and see what is possible through one another, something meaningful happens. From the earliest planning conversations to the final moments in the room, every detail was created with intention. We watched women share honestly, strangers connect, questions open up new perspectives, and younger girls sit in a room that expanded what they could imagine for themselves. We saw what happens when different experiences, ambitions and voices come together with purpose. This was IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE brought to life. To every woman who entered the room, every speaker who shared generously, every sponsor and partner who believed in the vision, and every person who worked behind the scenes to help bring it all to life, thank you. This recap may capture the moments, but the real story is in the people who made them possible. THE POD LIVE 2026 was a beautiful chapter, and it has made the vision for 2027 even bigger. What are you building beyond the achievement? Impact is more than being seen. Influence is more than having a platform. And inspiration is more than telling someone what is possible. It is about the work we build. The responsibility we carry. And the example our lives leave behind. This October, these are the conversations we are bringing into the room. Permit me to admire some of the women who made THE POD LIVE 2026 look this good 💫 Beautiful women. Amazing energy. A lovely room to share together 🤎 by @onherownlane
A new month gives us another opportunity to build with intention, celebrate what is growing, make room for rest and keep showing up for one another. May we stay open to the lessons, opportunities and people God places in our path and may our growth create room for someone else to grow too. Let’s make this month count together. IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE by @onherownlane
No matter where you are, let’s check in. Let’s make sure you are good, you are still building, let’s celebrate wins, laugh together, pray together and remind one another that we do not have to do life alone. Thank you to every woman (and baby💗) who joined our October Check - In today. We loved having you with us. Our next check in is Saturday, November 28 at 11:00 AM WAT. See you there. If there is something you want us to pray about, send us a DM and if you are building a business or project on your lane share it in the comments, let’s discover, support and collaborate with one another. IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE by @onherownlane
Tomorrow, we gather for our October Check-In. A space for us to pause together, look back at the month honestly, celebrate the progress we may have moved past too quickly, and think intentionally about what we want to carry into November. There will be conversation, encouragement, prayer, practical reflection and room for you to share too. You do not need to have had a perfect October, and you do not need to prepare anything elaborate. Come with your wins, your lessons, the things you are still working through and let’s just talk. Leta breathe 🤍 Join the check in tomorrow at 11:00 AM WAT LIVE on Instagram. Come as you are. Let’s reflect, share and reset together. See you tomorrow. by @onherownlane
There is something deeply important about what happens when a young person is surrounded by people who take her potential seriously. Feyi is still in secondary school, still learning, still discovering what she enjoys and what she may one day choose to build. Yet even at this stage, there is already something worth nurturing. Her confidence did not begin in one room. It is being shaped by a school that gives her opportunities to learn and express herself, by a home that is raising and supporting her, and by the courage she is developing within herself to speak, try and keep learning. For us, this is what impact beyond ourselves can look like. It is not always about creating something bigger for our own lives. Sometimes it is about making sure the next generation has more encouragement, more exposure and more reasons to believe that what they carry is worth developing. We are looking forward to walking alongside Feyi as she continues with school, grows in her skill and discovers where this journey may lead. And we hope this is only the beginning of the stories we get to share about her. IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE A glimpse into the room as one of her friends shows of her hairstyle made by Feyi 👏 None of this happens in isolation. We are grateful to International School University of Lagos for allowing their students to show up, learn and be part of THE POD LIVE experience. by @onherownlane
One brave answer at THE POD LIVE 2026 became a real step forward for Feyi, a bright secondary school student. During our Creative & Media session on building businesses creatively, @elwoma asked a question and she raised her hand. Feyi shared that she enjoys making hair for fun, then showed us some of the friends whose hair she had done herself. We were genuinely impressed by how good she was. She was not standing there with a polished business plan or a fully formed brand. She was simply a young student speaking confidently about something she loved and had already started practicing. Ewoma Luther-Abegunde saw that moment and spontaneously initiated a crowdfunding effort to support her. It was beautiful to watch the room respond and even more beautiful to see how much that encouragement meant to her by the end of the day. What stayed with us was the reminder that sometimes impact begins with noticing potential early, taking it seriously and helping a young woman see that what she carries is worth developing. We were grateful to take that support back to her school and place something practical in her hands for the next step and this is not where Feyi’s story ends for us. We will continue to follow her journey, encourage what she is building and cheer her on as she continues to grow and build on her own lane. Thank you to every woman in the room who contributed towards the gift in her own way and chose to be part of what happened next. Come with me to The Pod Live 2026 ✨ Such an honor to share the stage at IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE. I left them with 3 things: 1. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. You make it on the spot. 2. You are NOT the main character of your story. Your customer is. The main character finds the problem and solves it. 3. Stop trading your privacy for sympathy. Many of us make that mistake because we want views and likes. But people crave originality. And to turn storytelling into business, you MUST have a Call To Action. Your story needs to lead somewhere. I hope I didn’t lose you? That was my point. Thank you @onherownlane for having me. What is one mistake you’ve been making with your storytelling? Let’s talk in the comments 👇 #ThePodLive2026 #StellaDamasus #SMDLovesYou #Storytelling #contenttobusiness by @onherownlane
Some of the women in the room were still becoming. At THE POD LIVE 2026, we were intentional about creating space for younger women to be part of the experience too. We wanted them to listen to honest conversations, see women building across different industries, ask questions, share what they were thinking and begin to imagine more clearly what might be possible for their own lives. There is something powerful about being exposed to the right room at the right time. Sometimes a conversation plants a seed. Sometimes hearing another woman speak gives language to something you have been carrying quietly. Sometimes simply being present helps you see that your ideas, your voice and your future deserve attention too. We loved watching these young women participate with confidence, curiosity and joy. They reminded us that impact is not only about what happens on a stage; it is also about who gets access to the room, what they take away from it and what they choose to do with that experience afterwards. And for one of these young women, the story did not end when THE POD LIVE did. We will share more this week. IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE by @onherownlane
Something is becoming part of our community rhythm. On the last Saturday of every month, we are making room to pause together, reflect on the month that was, celebrate progress, talk honestly, pray, reset and prepare for what is ahead. Our first October Check-In happens this Saturday at 11:00 AM WAT, live on Instagram with our founder @damiamodu This is not a session you have to prepare for. Come as you are, bring your month with you, and join the conversation. We are looking forward to gathering with you.? IMPACT | INFLUENCE | INSPIRE by @onherownlane
