Wifey is the camera queen, and I'm more of a behind-the-scenes guy, but when she puts on the directors hat, I bust out my inner GQ, Spring Showers addition. The jacket I'm wearing? One-of-a-kind, baby!! Also the hat! #NoCap taken in Downtown Rock Hill by @only1sams

2026 Winter/Spring Season Recap ⚽️🔥

What a season! At just 8 years old, Elai finished the Winter/Spring season with approximately 22 goals, 4 hat tricks, and countless memories wearing the Albion FC badge. The goals were exciting, but I’m even more proud of the effort, sportsmanship, teamwork, and growth he showed every time he stepped onto the field. Countless smiles. The future is bright. ⚽️✨

Keep working, keep learning, and keep having fun. The journey is just getting started. Proud of you, buddy. ❤️⚽️

Atlanta Falcons Day 4 Training Camp Recap!

If ya didn’t know… Tre’fo Ray Ray McCloud lll 🫡 been my guy since he touched down in the A. My fav on the squad, hands down.

🗣️ “Hey Ray Ray! Lemme get that jersey dawg!!”
Whole practice I’m chanting his name, and he was feeling it. You’ll see in the video, man actually comes over to tell me he can’t give me the practice jersey… and I pick the WRONG cameraman to catch it 😩😂 Still an epic moment tho.

AND then… Bijan. Literally arm’s length away, eye contact and all 👀🔥

From Freddie the Falcon taking Micah out on the field… to Ray Ray and Bijan pulling up to me…

Happy Mutha Fluffin’ Falcons Friday! 😮‍💨❤️‍🔥 #RiseUp #FalconsFriday

Don’t lie, it’s JULY 😤… but let’s run it back real quick 👀

APRIL came in drippin’ 🌧️ but we brought our own shine!
We showered my sis with love at her rooftop brunch and went full throttle at the family & friends field day 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥 vibes were unmatched! Then came MONSTER JAM, yes, we finally made it and it was straight-up legendary! Capped the month with a trip to Dallas ✈️ for some solid #BroTime And let me tell you, Big Bro still holds the crown 👑! From smackdowns at @puttshack to nonstop wins, domination confirmed 😎.

MAY brought flowers… and FULL-BLOWN CELEBRATIONS 💐🎉 We kicked it off with Shannel’s Bornday bash, and from there, it was one big blur of lit-ness 🔥Mother’s Day? Yeah, I showed love to my queen with a beautiful bouquet (shoutout @wanny_prettyfab 💐), and then celebrated with my girls over some classic wrestling drama 🤼‍♂️. And boom 💥 MY birthday hit different this year! Discovered a 🔥 Mexican spot in Kennesaw (I’m already craving round 2 😩)
AND my wife dropped a homemade cinnamon roll pie/cake that belongs in a food hall of fame 😮‍💨🍰#MagicallyDelicious
Let’s just say, we ATE this month. Like, frfr!

May wrapped in style, ATLANTA JAZZ FEST hit, and I was vibin’ heavy 🎷🌆 Felt all kinds of ATL… until Edgewood reminded me I’m ATL adjacent 😅 #ICantHang

JUNE? Man, the weather was as confused as Twitter after midnight rain one second, blazing heat the next ☀️🌧️
Still, the fellas linked up for Game 6 of the NBA Finals 🏀 straight battery-cranking energy! We got some quality Father’s Day vibes in too. Might have to make that a yearly thing 🤝 Then ended June on a HIGH, linked up with @erling for a front row seat to a 6-0 ⚽️ smackdown! Truly a blessing 🙏 by @only1sams

Yesterday was a day to remember! Watching the Falcons dominate the Giants 34-7, every touchdown right in our end zone, was incredible. I wore my Michael Vick jersey, honoring the legend who defined my childhood as a Falcons fan. Now, my son gets to grow up watching Michael Penix lead the charge as our new starting QB. It’s like passing the torch from one era to the next. This is more than football—it’s family, legacy, and a shared love for the game. #RiseUp @atlantafalcons @mikevick themp9 taken in Mercedes-Benz Stadium by @only1sams
