Only The Rarest by T.K @only_therarest – Volume I is not just another watch book. It is a collector’s book built around Tony Kavak’s private collection, with some of the most remarkable Patek Philippe pieces brought together through photography, history and years of dedication.

[NFS] Patek Philippe 5970G Double Pulsation🫀

The reference 5970 is already staggeringly rare and a highly collectible variation of the brands iconic perpetual calendar chronograph.

But then, you add the fact that this watch, instead of the standard tachymeter scale, has not just one, but two pulsation (doctor’s scales) instead. Intended for measuring a patients heartbeat. Used by doctors.
