Got the boat 😂
But honestly…
I see a lot of creative people giving up. A lot of my friends slowly letting life take over.
Whether you write, sing, dance, film, paint — whatever it is — keep doing it.
It’s not just a hobby. It’s your outlet. It’s your therapy. It’s the thing that keeps your soul smiling.
I’ve had to go through difficult moments in life, and I know a lot of us aren’t always comfortable talking about what we’re going through.
So I made a song about it.
For Men’s Health Week, I’m releasing “STEADY” — a song about staying connected to yourself, even when life gets heavy.
Let’s talk about it.
Normalise it.
Steady by @onlyadets
