Welcome to the “Babycoming” at Breaker University, welcoming our new recruit “Baby J” 👶🏽and celebrating our star pupil Jaxson🌟

What better way to celebrate our first born and shower our next baby, than a Babycoming (play on homecoming) while showing some love to @famu_1887 🧡💚

*Thanks to everyone who came from near and far to celebrate with us and or sent a gift 🫶🏽

*And extra thanks to my girlies who helped this overwhelmed momma setup* 🥹🙏🏽you know who you all are* xoxo

As we wrap up Black Maternal Week our aim here is to raise our voices for awareness, action, and change
<
<
<
Did you know?
• Black women are 3–4x more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than white women in the U.S.
• 60% of these deaths are preventable.
• The disparities exist regardless of income or education.
<
<
<
Why this week matters:

Black Maternal Health Week shines a light on the urgent need for equity, respect, and justice in maternal care. It’s a call to uplift Black-led solutions, policy change, and community-centered care.

Let’s advocate. Educate. Amplify.
Because every Black mom deserves to thrive—not just survive.

If anyone knows me, knows us, they know this beach ain’t always been a paradise…they know it’s been a long time coming 🤍

What we have isn’t built on perfection, but on the choice to keep choosing each other, even when things aren’t ideal. We are understanding, we are strength, and most of all, We Are LOVE.
It’s only me & you🤍🖤
