SELECTA001 is out now.

Today, Only Bee officially arrives on vinyl, marking the first release in the SELECTA catalogue and a new chapter for Soul Express Records.

SELECTA was created as a space for different sounds, influences and people to meet, extending the connections that have always shaped Soul Express into a new series of records.

Its first chapter belongs to Only Bee and her debut album: eight tracks moving through songwriting, house and R&B, with contributions from @thanksmate_10xm8 , @1morepizzapls , @giuseppefava___ and @obbi.ob

“Sembra Vero” captures the unmistakable sensation of a waking dream, that suspended moment when reality blurs and everything feels dreamlike, even though you’re fully awake. As the debut single from Only Bee, produced by Thanksmate, the track introduces a fresh yet nostalgic voice that resonates instantly with listeners.

Already circulating across dancefloors, “Sembra Vero” has become one of those songs that lingers beyond the weekend. By Monday morning, it’s the melody people find themselves humming on their way to work, still carrying the energy and glow of the nights spent dancing at the soul express parties

With this first release, Only Bee sets a clear tone: a sound that is intimate, evocative, and unmistakably memorable, a new chapter for the R&B and house landscape.

“Sembra Vero” by @onlybee______ ft. @thanksmate_10xm8 will be finally out this friday. by @onlybee______

Testo, musica e parole by @onlybee______

If someone had told me a year and a half ago that I’d meet one of the most talented singers around, still completely unproduced, I would’ve said impossible 🥲
And yet with Bea everything was born naturally; it was obvious we had to make a full album together! The Biloba Studio is my chamber of experiments, and with her it’s pure alchemy: harmonies, rap, siren‑song vocals, whatever we touch comes out perfectly served 🍽️

Soon come via @soulexpressrecords 💘

#SELECTA001 Rooted in the evolving cultural energy of Naples while maintaining a strong international outlook, *Only Bee* creates a balance between musical heritage and contemporary vision, combining accessibility, emotional depth and sophisticated production.

The debut album from Italian singer and songwriter Only Bee is a project that moves between Italian songwriting, 90s vocal house heritage, R&B, Mediterranean groove, and contemporary European club culture.
